This video is one of the best to watch, it depicts athleticism to the fullest, the struggles, patience, determination, discipline, fear, mistakes, failure but most of all the inspiration to achieve the goal. Hats off to all coaches who help the athletes not because of money but to achieve their goal in life.

Sana pag uwi nya at magkita sila ng pangulo hingin nya sa pangulo na modernise at palakihin ang gymnast gym para maaga pa lang maging magaling na ang mga kapatid nya at iba pang mga gymnast at handa na sa 2028 olympic kasi nagsabi naman si pangulo sa interview na kung ano pa ang massugest ni caloy pagdating sa gymnastic.
He might also misses filipino friends around him. I hope he gets the best circumstances.

23:35: a bunch of vegetables and soymilk.... garbage! He is from the Philippines! They love eating MEAT there... so sad... this could also be a reason for his mental issues with training. SMH. Nice story otherwise, great coach, wonderful opportunity to train in Japan, rubbing shoulders with greats like Kohei Uchimura (well they seem to keep him separated from them (why??)) such great opportunities! I wish they knew some more about nutrition though....
