I was always taught in sewing like this to turn 180 degrees for the second sewing, then the middle ones, then the last 4.

Good tutorial - I had trouble finding videos on UA-cam/Sew Steady U that clearly showed examples of how to use the arc side (plenty of videos on the straight edge). That autofocus was a bit tough to watch, but it was worth it. :) Thanks for teaching!
