Since being lockdown for so long we living a very simple life and loving it.! It's nice to wake up every morning to beautiful views and just nature all around where you can pick fresh fruits. Getting used to living a simple Filipino life, it will be sad when we have to go back to city life maybe we will have to move to the province.!

Tom, tell MJ, if she puts the Green Mangoes in a Brown Paper bag for 2 to 3 days it will get ripe. Also she can cut up the green mango and add some salt, red pepper powder and vinegar and soak it for a day or two and have it to eat with ur rice and adobo. It will open up ur taste buds and U will want to eat more food . Ha Ha! MJ can also add green mango in her Fish Curry, it will taste good over white rice.

Great video Tom, you two are really settling in at your new place. You both seem relaxed and happy now. I enjoyed the drone footage of the area as it gives a better perspective of your surroundings. Putting a banana in a bag (ideally paper) with the mango or other fruit will help it ripen faster. Stay safe and I will look for your mukbang.

Few points of view from me. I don't particularly find the countryside in the provance very good..sort of jungle like and not much infrastructure. Not keen on the heat either. Each to their own I guess.
How come you don't own a car Tom? Wouldn't it be much more convenient for general transportation and moving etc is it difficult to own a car there? Can I ask what make of drone you used? You seem to shop for food all the time...do you not buy a weeks groceries and have fridge?
