- (No longer) personal best speedrun of Spark the Electric Jester (Spark's Story) with no wishes in 1:28:18. New PB is 1:26:53, but did not record it. It's a hassle to do so, so eh.

This game is underrated
I know I think it's because at first glance it looks like a sonic knockoff

Just got these games! I’ve totally been sleeping on Wind Jester’s charged attack @___@ here I thought Fire was good.

Thank you very much! I hope you've been enjoying the games. Basically all the powers have their uses, but wind and bat are ideal for speedrunning. Cool jester is still one of my favourites to use, so if you enjoy fire then be the best fire jester you can be!
This reminds you of sonic the loops the spin dash and others except the power ups were different

i wonder if sword wouldve been a reasonable replacement for bat
its "overdrive" super mightve helped with the speed and platforming sections
this game is literally a dedicated version of sonic cd but this one has better 64bit
Nice No Whishes playthrough. No clue what the hell a ‘No Wishes’ run is though.

Why not edgy? Felt his ground movement was way faster then wind
Air movement is more optimal in terms of speedrunning. Edgy is good for speed and attack, but wind's aerial movement for traversal, and bat's attack being the highest damage per hit basically makes them the ultimate pair of powers to use throughout the entire game
@@Mettal97 but there isn't any instances where edgy is more optimal, like in super vertical stages
It is potentially possible, such as stage 4. However the time it takes to swap out wind and then be stuck with edgy in levels where wind would be quicker means that you'll ultimately lose time
