Definitely the #Brabus all day long not much difference with the money with the rs6 and brabus but so many people have the Rs6 but not so popular is the #Brabus definitely the merc 👍👍

Would take this over a rs6 anyway of the week. It is faster and I personally think it has a nicer interior and prefer the understated looks. Bigger boot as well, plus rwd mode. Can't fault it.

I found out recently that the E63 and some other AMG's have different turbos and it's pretty noticeable between the C and E class AMG's, different tuning potential too - you wouldnt think it just from seeing a '63' and 'biturbo' badge

Yeah you are right. The C63 with the m177 have single scroll turbos. And the E63 have twin scroll turbos
Great vid. How about an RS6 with an MTM tune to 800bhp or even 850bhp? That would make for a more comparable option :)
RS6 is heavier and less aerodynamic so on paper E63 should be faster.
Monster. Love it. Red interior is questionable but the car itself is an absolute winner.

The RS6 is a incredible car but that E63 seems to just go we can beat that! The car looks incredible absolutely incredible, the engine looked stunning and the carbon. The Interior just so well thought out, the sound is insane!! Like thunder I love it! Would you have one?

There is nothing incredible about the RS6 if anything, it is the biggest dissapointment in the stable, the RS3 is an incredible car, the S6 is an incredible car.
@@smm6526 it’s a personal preference and the RS6 in a way is because it’s not sold the amount it has because it’s not a good car and it’s challenging merc and other brands to make something similar or better. The whole A6 range is really good and the RS3 is a game changer. the RS range has so much amazing cars and for me the RS6 is one of them
@@kayineson4220 the thing is benz and BMW make perfomance estates as a by product of the saloons, the estates are not mainstream like Audi, I think fair as it is (Audi) consumers have not fully embraced the performance estate approach, people talk about it but the numbers (sales of performance estates) against the performance saloons speak another language, the B7 was the last proper and beautiful car that Audi built, thereafter they have tried to force the estate model but it isn't doing great,but then again, each to their own...

Ive only got an A200 so nowhere near this level but I like the stalk on the driving column.. could be better quality material to be fair but I do like the position to give a nice neat centre console

Cool vid Tom. As nice as a RS6 is, I'd take this all day long! Love it's looks, the sound and the punchy interior and my only criticism would be the wheels.... They'd look mega in Bronze in my opinion. This Merc would be my ideal Dad wagon, and would make even me look cool when I'm ferrying my kiddos and woofer around! 😁

I would take the RS 6 over this with no hesitation .
A Merc E class wagon was always the choice of the landed gentry, or a Rangie. The suv trend has taken over and the fancy wagon has become super niche. Overfinch was the cheeky extra, great to see Brabus are doing their bit to keep the ultra wagon alive!
Brabus looks very purposeful. On par with Alpina. Sounds awesome 👏🏻

Lovely motor and as usual great content. BUT... Exterior and several other little things are suspiciously similar to RS6? Audi will bring out an improved RS6 soon which will lead the field. Then, all the other manufactures will tweak,copy and improve on the Audi blueprint till Audi set the benchmark again...as usual 😉
this car came out 5 years before the current RS6? i also don't think audi have set any dynamic/design benchmarks in any RS car of theirs really not that they aren't excellent cars they just have the toughest competition.

Had my E63s for 4 years, longest I’ve owned a car. Purely because I have no idea what to replace it with, it’s that good as an all rounder. Mines an MSL stage 2 car now, but even standard they are savage and usually run more bhp than factory figures. Other than the visual appearances I’m not sure the brabus conversion is good value.. especially when this is 130k for essentially a pre facelift E63. Either way, monster. I just hope someone uses it properly and it doesn’t end up sitting pretty on a driveway!

A dump valve and the advert claims 30 mpg. Ha Ha Ha Oh dear. Really. I really do think that any advert for a Mercedes AMG should state "if you enquire about mpg, the perhaps an AMG is not for you"

I don’t care how fast an E63 is. It’s simply not a good looking car. No body lines, no curves, no variation. Slab sided. Boring. Shouldn’t have to kit it out to bring it up to RS6 levels.

Compare apples with apples you can get a 800hp MTM RS6 which would comfortably hold its own against the hearse in a skirt. Or if you really want to push it Klassen do a over 1000hp RS6 conversions

@@Rocky-hh3yg Something's not right in that video, RS6 did a 11.2s and usually manages 11.4-11.6s on Carwow when it's dry, the new RS3 (not the limousine) does 12.0s. Don't think a RS3 limousine would be shaving 0.4-06s from the RS3's 1/4mile time.
Edit: Even with a wet runway, RS6 did 11.6s.
