I think most people don't realize that nijisanji and hololive are two very different companies. Even with all the jokes being thrown around, hololive is still an idol agency while nijisanji allow for more freedom as well as employ a much more diverse group of people along with their interests, talents and character quirks. This ensures that no matter who you are or what you like there will always be at least one vtuber you can enjoy.
I agree with the comparison except with a funny part: It's a joke already in Hololive fandom that is a "idol" agency anymore, Aside from some like Sora most of the holo-girls streams are over-top uncontrolled madness, you have Matsuri has a perfect example. So for me both are pretty relaxed and free to her employes in how they can behave in stream.
I've opened up to some Nijisanji members like Kaede,Mikoto and the ID branch.but i feel like it's a bit overwhelming to watch lot of them and the hassle finding clips I admit that i underestimated them at first, because i feel like they're just picking random bunch of people and ended up with lot of members.but turned out wrong, they're pretty great without any "idol" shackles that bound them
You do know movies like Perfect Blue exist right that is just the surface of idol entertainment and you cant change my mind even moona herself think she was scammed instead of being an idol they become a standup comic
Note that Sasaki Saku once almost quit streaming at all, after her father died (apparently). Then she returned. About the same day one of the most famous sumo wrestlers announced his retirement. And played it out like she was doing sumo. That's why people think Saku is actually him in disguise. Also, she has a young pet cat (a bit older than Okayu's Temari), but, apparently, is not good at understanding cat functions: once mistook her nipples with tumors.
well she did quit because she can't play her favorite game (due Nintendo policy) and get back when the policy is revised. she even made a cover parody song "sasaki saku hates by life" due how controversial her come back but able to cope it and make her more interesting... (while gain a ship with belmond banderas because of that song)
I discovered Sasaki just two days ago and almost immediately fell in love. Pro SM64 speedrunner, bit of a rage gamer, already retired and came back once, went through the death of her father back in September and vowed to come back stronger from it... Forget who, but also has a friendship with a male Nijisanji colleague where they often playfully insult eachother.
@@SunnyBlam Sasaki always throw from her favor and that's what made me laugh. she is very good at games but then she somehow fucked up when it was crucial. my favourite clip is when she was playing dart in Switch xD
Idk why but I feel bad for those who retired even if I don't know who they are, they went through the trouble on joining Nijisanji but things really didn't work out for them at the end, or they had something better to do or they maybe couldn't keep up with constant streamings and it affects their daily life activities. With the amount of members they have in Nijisanji it's gonna be real hard to reach to the top and be successful, not everybody gets the spotlight and that's the harsh truth of reality but that doesn't mean they don't have a chance. This goes out to all of the small vtubers out there, please don't give up so easily, with patience and perseverance you can easily go to the top but if things really just didn't work out for you, I'm really sorry and I hope things will get better from now on. It just really pains me to see people quitting/retiring from something they love to do. Goodluck to all small Vtubers out there!
Setsuna has decent number of subscriber tho, she's retired because rl reason. And moruru already join another company (i don't want to reveal anything of this so don't search it up or bring this topic if you want to watch her new persona). And i understand it's harder to get big, and nijisanji member subs count isn't as big as hololive but their fanbase is the most loyal, if you catch one of fubuki streams her avg viewer aorund 6k per stream which is quite small because she's the most subscribed hololive member, and kanae who has less than half subs count to fubuki (around 200k) has avg 10k viewers on stream. And chaika's income is one of the biggest on the vtuber industry because how loyal his fans are
@@giratius9307 You can't just blindly compare only two people from two large companies and think it applies to the entire companies. In terms of subscriber counts, up until just a few months ago, Nijisanji was clearly larger than Hololive and it's only recently that Hololive has become as popular as and now slightly more than Nijisanji. In terms of views, Kanae is by far the most viewed vtuber in all of Nijisanji in the last two-three months, with the only one even coming close being Kuzuha (source: /watch?v=mxJ5DOWwHkg , view counts over the course of May 2020, Hololive in blue, Nijisanji in yellow, others in orange), while Fubuki isn't even near the top in Hololive when it comes to average views (her total views are close to the top, but not her stream average). The most viewed Hololive vtubers in recent months are Aqua, Coco, Korone, Pekora and most recently Haato. Right now as I write this, Aqua is streaming a singing stream which started over an hour ago and has 12k viewers and Korone started streaming 15 min ago and has 20k viewers right now on a horror game stream. A stream that Pekora ended 10 min ago has right now 58k views on it. Income from the company aside, in terms of superchats, Hololive has all the top spots (source: /watch?v=cqqQBIcqDC0 , superchat count over the course of May 2020 in all of the vtuber world).
@@alexsommers6891 Nijisanji and Hololive is like Apple and Orange. -Nijisanji have one of the most chillest fanbase in Vtuber community. they barely have any controversy for their streamers. even they can freely express their secrets and opinion without any hate. -Hololive meanwhile is an idol focused streaming. they are here to entertain like an Idol would do. but at a cost is that they have more fanatics and more risk when accidentally reveal something (Towa learn the hard way). Though in my point of view as a recent vtuber watcher, Nijisanji sticks with me because of their personality and not overly cute acting compare to hololive. not to mention Sasaki is my second vtuber i followed after Kizuna AI back in 2019. hell I didn't even know Nijisanji was a thing back then when I saw Sasaki
@@shafwandito4724 I agree with on pretty much everything you said and I also stick with Nijisanji more than I do with Hololive but there's one thing I'd correct you on, the "they barely have any controversy". They do actually, a lot Because they have so many members it's easy for them to slip up, just last month we've had Kaida Haru, Yumeoi Kakeru (still on a break because of it) and Gundou Mirei (desactivated the like/dislike bar) Not gonna go into details because I'm not so sure myself what happened, just wanted to make a correction, still love Nijisanji

Well, just an additional info: There are no such things such as divisions in nijisanji anymore since there are several problems with the management, all branches are now merged into one Still, they are closer to others which used to be in the same division, and thus, some fans are still calling them by their batch name, with some modifications (example: Ex-Nijisanji Gamers or simply Ex-Gamers)
I wanna include stuff for Tsukino Mito or Iinchou (the first one featured on this list) -She watched the entirety of the human centipede on a stream on Nico Nico. 600k people watched her stream and she was also recognized by the creators of the movie. -She’s also said to have pioneered and brought the new era of Vtuber streamers - She one time streamed on a washing machine which got her a partnership with a laundry detergent company if you guys can add more of Mitos accomplishments to the list, that would be great. She’s one of the nest vtubers in my opinion and she needs more overseas love.
Idk if this could be considered an accomplishment, but as she is the face of Nijisanji she appeared on JP TV several times as a representative. Oh she also attempted streaming while taking a bath and decided to talk underwater.
She basically turns the tide from traditional 10min video content vtuber into zatsudan streaming, while consistently having 10k+ viewers during her first month of debuting. During vtuber era where kizuna ai, kaguya Luna and 3d folks ruling the scene she was fresh breath. No wonder why lots of other companies starts to make their own vtuber without resorting expensive 3d kits/model like idolbu, animare/honeystrap and ofc hololive which all started 2-3 months after nijisanji breaks into scene.
-She had guested in a radio show hosted by the VA of Hachiman from Oregairu. -She once experienced getting literally stuffed inside the real body of a whale -She was literally forced by her fans to go to the dentist since she has been neglecting her dental health for a whole week and was complaining how her teeth hurts -Said Dentist appointment ended up being like a humiliation play for Iinchou -Got banned literally minutes after screaming an ecchi puzzle game -Literally flirted with UA-cam after her ban -Was known literally eating grass and weeds -Did a time-travel stream that retconned all of her wackiness and made it seem like her fans was the root cause of her becoming a degenerate -Played a BL game featuring real human actors and use her own avatar to censor all the raunchy scene.
@@noobsoap4832 HonHima has always been open with her weight (around 50 kg) and its been a running gag for her to be labeled slightly obese (mostly from Kuzuha when they do Dokuzuhonsha stream) and since Ludicolo is around that weight, it has also become a running gag from her fans to associate the two.
Shizurin fans/ 凛fam (rinfam) is literally one of the best vtuber fanbase i've ever seen... They all using the same tag in their Twitter name and UA-cam channel name.. (only twitter for me) and shizurin herself also followed many of her fans just because she actually love them..
I know a lot of people are intimidated by the amount of member in Nijisanji, and might think that they are of lower quality compare to hololive because of that. But please dont. Nijisanji despite having around 100 members, all of them have the same amount of personality and chaotic hijinks as Hololive’s, if not more. If you’re intimidated by the amount, first off you dont need to know everyone. Second the member collabs a lot, they form several groups amongst themselves, and they debuts in batches, which makes it easier for you to remember them, as knowing one member will surely introduce you to another 2 and so on. Example: The Sanbaka trio is made out of Lize, Inui, and Ange. Ange is also part of the SKB, which is made out of her, Utako, Rindo, and Gundou. Goundo Mirei is shipped with Kanda. Etc. Nijisanji organizes a lot of tournaments/game competitions wherein participating vtubers can showcase themselves and gain spotlight. I dont really understand when other people says Nijisanji doesnt promote their vtubers equally when Nijisanji just lets their vtubers do what they want; nijisanji gives them a platform and an audience in their debut and its up to the vtubers to grab the attention of the viewers.
@@nickmtz6097 Some hololive fans stick to their group I guess, probably because most are introduced overseas to them first and there was a time when most clips were translated only for hololive (although recently there's been a lot more nijisanji clips/etc); there's a lot of other agencies/independent vtubers that are worth supporting though imo and people should explore outside of their fandom
other than minato aqua I mostly watch their kirinuki video first and if it's interesting I will also watch the full video, whether it's nijisanji or hololive doesn't matter to me. if only I have lot of time like I was in high school surely I will watch all of vtuber than I'm interested in no matter from what 'company' they are come.
@@mondeiya9017 Right. And it is curious that Hololive got more translated clips than Nijisanji even though Nijisanji was founded first. Then like 2-3 months after, Hololive came up. Maybe is as you said and Hololive is more charming to overseas viewers I guess.
People's problem of getting into Nijisanji is because they have a lot of members to keep up with. But NO ONE is forcing you to support and keep up with all of them. Nijisanji isn't like Hololove which operates in one big group. Think of Nijisanji as like a bunch of Individual Vtubers who are under the same Label/Company each with their own unique activities and specialties. People still have the mindset that Nijisanji is like Hololive but just a different company which is totally wrong. You just enjoy the vtuber you want REGARDLESS OF WHAT COMPANY OR GROUP THEY ARE IN and have fun supporting and watching them.
Yeah! That's what I've been thinking, you can just watch the one you interested in and that would be no problems. It's nice of you to want to learn all of their friends or something but you don't have to. It's okay to not know everything about them and their group
Exactly, i mean i like nijisanji vtubers but does that mean i watch prince air's livstreams? Ofc not, barely anyone does, but i will support my favs like mito and honhima
@@veerium What? Why would they have to do that? They collab so much that the "recommendations" are just naturally there. And as person who just recently fell into the rabbit hole, I can say it was quite easy. 1. watch a random collab/compilation clip 2. look up the person I'm most interested in 3. ??? 4. profit. Repeat this as many times as I need (I got stuck for a while lol), and bam, suddenly I have a list of people I follow. Good stuff.
Grabbin popcorn. 🍿 Have fun. I personally go to the Niji ID girls since I know Indonesian & English, they're fun folks. Others I like are Lulu with her calm streams & inhuman perseverance, and Ange with her voice, kindness & amusing personality
Cant wait for Nijisanji ID, if you’re planning to cover them. Nijisanji ID is currently the vtuber group that I’ve settled with. They feel like an actual family; imagine the Dokuzuhonsya family dynamic, now triple that. They constantly jump in on each other’s stream. They also speak in english half of the time, so you can actually have connection to them.
Both Nijisanji and Hololive ID familial interactions are lovely, and Nijisanji especially (other than that monster called Hana Macchia) deserves far more subs than what they have right now. The only thing that is left is they actually collabing outside of external events like last Month's CSS.
if you are having trouble describing each livers personality traits and interesting points for your video, you can always check the japanese fan wiki and took from it instead of.......uh himawari met with pekora as a bullet point.....
@@AMEMORYSAY0 yeah honestly no disrespect to the video creator i think they did a great job and expecting them to know about all of the streamers is a bit much but there are more important things to be said about some of the vtubers e.g. moira is known as a fujoshi etc.
I know that nijisanji is not as popular overseas as hololive but they're worth checking out! their 1st and 2nd gen are underrated (give love for hajime pls) also cmiiw both nijisanji gamers and seed have been disbanded and merged to normal niji
For me, this is just an observation but a lot of Overseas viewers have Hololive as their entry point in the Japanese vtuber community. Thus why Hololive is more popular than Nijisanji overseas (but Nijisanji remains more popular in the Japanese market compared to Hololive). I think those who watch Nijisanji are the ones who really fell in the Vtuber hellhole or find that Hololive isn't really their cup of tea.
@@jzesu9889 or sometimes found the nijisanji videos at a certain time, i remember i found tsukino mito before vtubers really had any english clips so i think maybe nijisanji fans could have been vtuber fans for a long time?
This is a common misconception from the western audience. Nijisanji has greater reach than Hololive in the Japanese fandom ever since Hololive boxed their market to only cater the gachikoi-kei fans.
personally i would like to watch nijisanji, but since i would be wasting so much time if I was open to every vtuber, I limit it to the hololive group, so I force myselve to ignore all other vtubers even if I think i would like them more than some hololive vtubers. I may even need to restrit it even more when summer ends
my note about 5 Nijisanji members -- Inchou (Mito): the only member that achieve 4 Dimensional existence, which is on par with Nijisanji's CEO 1:08 -- Deron (Kaede): a gal also a singer, has a distinct way of laughing out loud, avoid horror games, once she tried convenient store (horror game) it's enough to make her lost her mind and rambling words noises in fear -- Shizurin : Final Fantasy Online streamer, enjoy the challenge of hide and seek with alien at the highest difficulty in alien isolation and also finished the game several times with other difficulties -- Gibara : gacha addict that has animal war cry when she spent too much money, likes to play ridiculous difficult game and scream Gomikasu !! (piece of trash !!) during rage, probably a high income streamer -- Himawari : her math and common knowledge makes you think, "how she managed to graduate elementary?", she streams every day and long hours, as if she is an internet beings
I was hoping for a more informative video rather than just a clip compilation tbh like the type of content these streamers enjoy producing and the type of streams they like to do. A lot of Niji streamers have very interesting personalities and preferences if you look slightly beyond the popular translated clips!
yeah he could just make the title "nijisanji members INTRODUCTION" that would be make more sense than putting "Full Guide" on the title but i still appreciate the time and effort for making this video so more people can know other nijisanji member existence even this video is not perfect
Well the problem isn't looking beyond popular clips, some of those just don't exist for a portion of them. Nijisanji isn't as large as HoloLive in the west, and given the sheer number of them, finding thoroughly translated information, much less clips, can be extremely tough without going to the source yourself and doing in depth research. It's impressive enough to pick up on inside jokes for all of them like this in itself, the monumental task of doing more would probably need a collaborative effort.
Love this man, happy to see more people to get into Nijisanji as well. Was expecting a mention of Shiima being the original creator of "the resistance" tho 😂
I can't believe that my ears that I had trained for millenium from hearing Haachama and Matsuri screams are defeated by this small terrifying loli named Ichigo Kuso..looks like I need to tempered my ears more
I'm a Nijisanji listener in Japan. I'm honestly glad to see the comments on this video. I'm especially happy to see the names of male streamers like chaika and ex. Nijisanji doesn't attract foreign listeners as easily as other Vtubers, and there are a lot of them. In addition, there are topics and jokes that are hard to understand if you are not Japanese. I don't think foreign listeners have a clue what they're talking about and what's funny to them. Still, I'm glad that international listeners are seeing them and trying to understand them a little bit. I'm just one of the fans, but thank you for watching njisanji.
Nijisanji is been getting more popular overseas lately, I'm an overseas fan of Nijisanji and it's really fun watching everyone's livestreams, I even learned a bit of japanese by watching them :)

I'll add some random trivias about them that I know : - Mito once live-streamed herself watching the first Human Centipede, with over 600k live viewers. Also if you are interested in obscure Japanese games check out her streams, as she plays them fairly often. - Mito, Deron, and Shizurin collabs somewhat frequently and calls themselves "Jk Gumi", as all 3 of them are (at least their settings) high school girls that debutet in the same generation. - This might sound silly, but Elu's full name is actually Snow White Paradise El Santo Flow Wasurena Pure Princess Livre Love Heidern Dokodoko Yattaze Valkyria Passion Alfr Noel Chakoboshi Eluaria Frosia Made-in Bloom Elu. - M. Alice, despite having relatively low viewcount in UA-cam compared to other Nijisanji members, is actually one of the most popular Vtuber ini BiliBili. - Kenmochi isn't just a lolicon. I guess another characteristic of him is that he really likes rap. He has this series called Vtuber Rap Battle where he basically freestyles againts other Vtubers. Some of those videos has millions of views. - Kenmochi is also very creative in some of his marshmellow streams. He did one where he "collabed" with 2 other versions of himself. Also his video thumbnails. - Ushimi Ichigo can draw quite well, and does drawing streams from time to time. - Kuzuha used to be a solo Vtuber, but became a Nijisanji member after being convinced to do so by Kanae. He is also currently the Vtuber with the highest monthly superchat in Nijisanji. - Kanae mentioned in one of his streams that before joining Nijisanji, he has the option to join a proffesional FPS gaming team, and would do so if he failed the Nijisanji audition. That's why he is really good at FPS. Currently he even ocationally collab with pro level players like Ras. - Sasaki really likes to play Nintendo games, and streams lesser known titles like Pokemon Pinball. She loves them so much that she once retired because Nijisanji doesn't allow Nintendo games. She then returned to Nijisanji after the policy change. Other than that good video. I appreciate this video since more people would get to know Nijisanji Vtubers!
I already knew that Nijisanji were over 100 but man it is really a lot when you see it like this. The only one I follow and love is Mononobe Aice. Her calm voice is so great, and her AMSR are awesome
if you're afraid that u can never know them all or can't remember them all don't worry. I started vtuber world with a vid of Kanae & Kuzuha (ChroNoiR) and watched fully subbed highlights of them, i wasn't interested in any other vtuber. But, as you may already know, they collab with a large amount of other niji members, so, in the clips i saw there where other ppl, the first one i knew apart from KanaKuzu was Chihiro (for their Apex collabs), the second one was Akina (bc he's a kanae's harem member) and it goes like that... i knew a bunch of niji members at the same time with collabs of games like "Project Winter" and "Among Us" (i saw them bc of ChroNoiR) and the video of "Nijisanji Best partner Battle" (watched bc kuzuha) So, i started by only knowing 2 of them and now i can recognize around 50 of them. But i'm still a ChroNoiR fan and Kanae will always be my favorite.

There's no clip of her in this one so ppl might not know how yabai her content is. -On the second thought, nvm, stay away from the cursed Utako- Jokes aside it's kinda nice to see a relatively tamed 2434 introduction video. nijisanji doesn't promote their vtubers equally so since there are so many in nijisanji a lot of them just retired bcs low subscriber, there are axceptions of course who changed to another company or wanted to become a singer
@@NNN-ke7ir It usually is up to the Vtuber themselves. Nijisanji is more like a label than a group. Since Nijisanji has very lax policies they usually just let their vtubers do what they want. If the Vtuber wants to sing and showcase his/her talent, they form a contract and Nijisanji will support their activities under their label. Forget who, but also has a friendship with a male Nijisanji colleague where they often playfully insult eachother.
I always love it when Sasaki act all smug then get bodied afterward.
They do actually, a lot
Because they have so many members it's easy for them to slip up,
just last month we've had Kaida Haru, Yumeoi Kakeru (still on a break because of it) and Gundou Mirei (desactivated the like/dislike bar)
Not gonna go into details because I'm not so sure myself what happened, just wanted to make a correction, still love Nijisanji
@@shafwandito4724 I agree with the comparison except with a funny part:
It's a joke already in Hololive fandom that is a "idol" agency anymore, Aside from some like Sora most of the holo-girls streams are over-top uncontrolled madness, you have Matsuri has a perfect example.
Well, just an additional info:
There are no such things such as divisions in nijisanji anymore since there are several problems with the management, all branches are now merged into one
Still, they are closer to others which used to be in the same division, and thus, some fans are still calling them by their batch name, with some modifications (example: Ex-Nijisanji Gamers or simply Ex-Gamers)

@Lenpai Senpai look at the description. He added them now.
I wanna include stuff for Tsukino Mito or Iinchou (the first one featured on this list)
-She watched the entirety of the human centipede on a stream on Nico Nico. 600k people watched her stream and she was also recognized by the creators of the movie.
-She’s also said to have pioneered and brought the new era of Vtuber streamers
- She one time streamed on a washing machine which got her a partnership with a laundry detergent company
if you guys can add more of Mitos accomplishments to the list, that would be great.
@Niko Nana wow thank you for that insight.
@Hari Hsni Lmao what TV appearances, all I see is an imposter
-She had guested in a radio show hosted by the VA of Hachiman from Oregairu.
-She once experienced getting literally stuffed inside the real body of a whale
-She was literally forced by her fans to go to the dentist since she has been neglecting her dental health for a whole week and was complaining how her teeth hurts
-Said Dentist appointment ended up being like a humiliation play for Iinchou
-Got banned literally minutes after screaming an ecchi puzzle game
-Literally flirted with UA-cam after her ban
-Was known literally eating grass and weeds
-Did a time-travel stream that retconned all of her wackiness and made it seem like her fans was the root cause of her becoming a degenerate
-Played a BL game featuring real human actors and use her own avatar to censor all the raunchy scene.

Shizurin fans/ 凛fam (rinfam) is literally one of the best vtuber fanbase i've ever seen... They all using the same tag in their Twitter name and UA-cam channel name.. (only twitter for me) and shizurin herself also followed many of her fans just because she actually love them..

@@iwant7813 they're just saying she has a one of the best fanbase not in that way...
I've only seen a few fandoms like that ever, its pretty cool.
Example:
The Sanbaka trio is made out of Lize, Inui, and Ange.
I dont really understand when other people says Nijisanji doesnt promote their vtubers equally when Nijisanji just lets their vtubers do what they want; nijisanji gives them a platform and an audience in their debut and its up to the vtubers to grab the attention of the viewers.
this
I agree. Lots of people only talk about Hololive and completely ignore Nijisanji (only knowing about Lulu) I always wondered why this happens.
I like that the brrr meme slipped in there. good one :D
But how do you get into and settle with your favorite if the sample size is that BIG and each member didn't recommend other member channel?
@@veerium What? Why would they have to do that? They collab so much that the "recommendations" are just naturally there.
And as person who just recently fell into the rabbit hole, I can say it was quite easy.
1. watch a random collab/compilation clip
2. look up the person I'm most interested in
3. ???
4. profit.
Repeat this as many times as I need (I got stuck for a while lol), and bam, suddenly I have a list of people I follow. Good stuff.

May i recommend you Ex Albio and Chaika?
Cant wait for Nijisanji ID, if you’re planning to cover them. Nijisanji ID is currently the vtuber group that I’ve settled with. They feel like an actual family; imagine the Dokuzuhonsya family dynamic, now triple that. They constantly jump in on each other’s stream. They also speak in english half of the time, so you can actually have connection to them.
Yes
Yes! It's always a blast when they "barge into" each others' streams at the drop of a hat...
Both Nijisanji and Hololive ID familial interactions are lovely, and Nijisanji especially (other than that monster called Hana Macchia) deserves far more subs than what they have right now.
The only thing that is left is they actually collabing outside of external events like last Month's CSS.

I know that nijisanji is not as popular overseas as hololive but they're worth checking out! their 1st and 2nd gen are underrated (give love for hajime pls)
also cmiiw both nijisanji gamers and seed have been disbanded and merged to normal niji
@@sinnombre7404 I think you shouldn't do that. you might find new vtuber you enjoy more. you don't have to always watch the same ones.
my note about 5 Nijisanji members
-- Inchou (Mito): the only member that achieve 4 Dimensional existence, which is on par with Nijisanji's CEO 1:08
-- Deron (Kaede): a gal also a singer, has a distinct way of laughing out loud, avoid horror games, once she tried convenient store (horror game) it's enough to make her lost her mind and rambling words noises in fear
-- Shizurin : Final Fantasy Online streamer, enjoy the challenge of hide and seek with alien at the highest difficulty in alien isolation and also finished the game several times with other difficulties
-- Gibara : gacha addict that has animal war cry when she spent too much money, likes to play ridiculous difficult game and scream Gomikasu !! (piece of trash !!) during rage, probably a high income streamer
-- Himawari : her math and common knowledge makes you think, "how she managed to graduate elementary?", she streams every day and long hours, as if she is an internet beings
I was hoping for a more informative video rather than just a clip compilation tbh like the type of content these streamers enjoy producing and the type of streams they like to do.
A lot of Niji streamers have very interesting personalities and preferences if you look slightly beyond the popular translated clips!
yeah agreed
like one of Shizurins-isms is her ability to do a bunch of long marathon streams one after another
Still enough tho.
But i agree cause it says "Guide"
KogashiwaKai I like how Shizurin constantly makes an effort to set up streams that her Rinfams can join in whether it’s FF14 of Ark or whatever.
yeah he could just make the title "nijisanji members INTRODUCTION" that would be make more sense than putting "Full Guide" on the title
but i still appreciate the time and effort for making this video so more people can know other nijisanji member existence even this video is not perfect
7:21 I'd just like to add that this legend right here is also Tsukino Mito's son.

thank you SO SO MUCH o have been waiting for this and searching for a Nijisanji guide
I'll add some random trivias about them that I know :
- Mito once live-streamed herself watching the first Human Centipede, with over 600k live viewers.

I started vtuber world with a vid of Kanae & Kuzuha (ChroNoiR) and watched fully subbed highlights of them, i wasn't interested in any other vtuber. But, as you may already know, they collab with a large amount of other niji members, so, in the clips i saw there where other ppl, the first one i knew apart from KanaKuzu was Chihiro (for their Apex collabs), the second one was Akina (bc he's a kanae's harem member) and it goes like that...
i knew a bunch of niji members at the same time with collabs of games like "Project Winter" and "Among Us" (i saw them bc of ChroNoiR) and the video of "Nijisanji Best partner Battle" (watched bc kuzuha)
So, i started by only knowing 2 of them and now i can recognize around 50 of them. But i'm still a ChroNoiR fan and Kanae will always be my favorite.

This is my own opinion for someone who interested in nijisanji, nijisanji is a bit harder to watch compare to Hololive. some of them might have big and funny reaction but some of them also very good at communicate with viewer (For example my fav Vtuber is Inui..and almost of her stream is marshmallow Q&A) so don’t expect everyone to scream all time haha.
Gonna spread this thing to my vtuber appreciation groups, I need the part 2
When i see "retired" it bring back alot of memories
T^T
a bit new from the nijisanji side. i'ved only seen some of chihiro's apex streams and she has incredible aim. following HonHima, the endless ball of sunshine that she is. i don't want to mention the name of the eldritch god. i dont want my life to end yet though. but lastly and my most favorite is manmaru AKA Ars and her midnight minecraft streams. watching this mochi-accented hermit in minecraft really caught me.
I always tell myself, today is the day I get into Nijisanji. But then I look at the intimidating roster, and realize "I can't fucking do this!".
So, I guess I'll just focus on one character like a fighting game with too many characters.
*Becomes a Belmond Main.*
Its ok dude, not everyone can follow every nijisanji member
Just Follow Who You Want To Follow Or Watch, No One Is Forcing You : D
A NIJISANJI introduction video with KORO DISCO. Great.
Kana Kana best girl... Don't mind the minor details.
a video about Njiisanji but with Korone, singing in the back
well played sir
I see Alice, I instantly got reminded of her streams with her back facing to us instead.
Also hoping to see Ars here.
Oh god, that honma himawari's bulletin you did still upsets me, "has met with Pekora" like really dude?
4:26 That’s a BIG YIKES
6:37 i need this as my alarm
I know isn't the intention but everytime the "retired" showed up, it reminded me of some sort of hunger games situation.
the world needs heroes like you
Who else thought of Monika (Doki Doki Literature Club) the moment you saw Higuchi Kaedo 2:06
Edit: I am seeing a lot of anime/games references in the characters' design as I keep watching lol
love himawari's model design it's just so wholesome.
Guide to Nijisanji *for people who's already familiar with Hololive* lol
lol by the way I highly recommend checking Suzuka Utako out. There's no clip of her in this one so ppl might not know how yabai her content is. -On the second thought, nvm, stay away from the cursed Utako-
Jokes aside it's kinda nice to see a relatively tamed 2434 introduction video. Make the fall later more painful. Thank you for the video!
You forgot to mention Tsukino Mito's human centipede stream or when she used to stream over a washing machine or Kaede's "CHOTTO" moment from that fanart or Rin's long streams that made her fans worry about her. Also slightly sure Yuika and Okayu are good buddies because they also share the same artist.
No one:
My sleep paralysis demon at 2 am: 8:22
my god over 100 of them?! here we go....
Uh if you're fairly new to nijisanji/2434 then I highly recommend you to check out nijisanji id. While their main language is indonesian they frequently do streams in english. And if you do plan on checking them out, then 1st wave is the best for beginners. They consist of Taka the CEO of comedy, Zea the buffering automaton and Hana our vore loving girlfriend. Welcome to the rabbit hole.
i was planning to make this... nice one
6:38 It would be nice if Alice and Coco wakes us up everyday way better than an Alarm clock lol
11:20
The background music- oml plz I'm so obsessed with kuzuha
Chihiro eating pizza was the cutest shit ive ever seen. No complain here.
Awesome, thanks!
Shizuka Rin: *hamburger~*
Open
Everyone seems to get along well and really close to each other. Man, I wish I can join Nijisanji. 😭😔
If you don't know nijisanji until now, watch Kanae. For real, dude's fucking awesome and a hilarious troll
Bless you for this Hana representation
accidentally fall into this hellhole because of Kanakana, Kuzuha, Hana Macchia, and Taka Radjiman 😂
Thx for your hard work 🙏
3:38 "sex for hosting. It was really fun to with everyone. Thank you!"
LMAO xD
Been waiting this👌
16:09 Her name is Makaino Ririmu.
You made a mistake.
At first, I didn't really wanna get into nijisanji, but after watching this, I can tell that I'll probably really like them
I wish i knew a little more of what happened to the retired members
nijisanji doesn't promote their vtubers equally so since there are so many in nijisanji a lot of them just retired bcs low subscriber, there are axceptions of course who changed to another company or wanted to become a singer
There's one retired nijisanji vtuber that changed to hololive
From what I heard Chitose went on to become a vocalist of DUSTCELL now
@@NNN-ke7ir It usually is up to the Vtuber themselves. Nijisanji is more like a label than a group. Since Nijisanji has very lax policies they usually just let their vtubers do what they want. If the Vtuber just want to stream gaming content then they have no problem. If the Vtuber wants to sing and showcase his/her talent, they form a contract and Nijisanji will support their activities under their label. There is no equal treatment in Nijisanji because some of them have unique agreements and situations to begin with. Naru Naruse has the lowest subcount in Nijisanji with 35K subs and he keeps streaming to this day. There's a Nijisanji member who hasn't streamed for more than a year yet she's still gaining subscribers and she's still part of the company. It's a very competitive group compared to Hololive but they also come with many perks and opportunities.
the guy that made these videos is a trua man of culture
0:30 >one suspended
Are you talking about Kakeru Yumeoi? or Raito Shindou?
Raito Shindou, Yumeoi is on indefinite hiatus but isn't officially suspended yet so yeah, he is still a member of Nijisanji as of now
@@terashuu thanks
Melody Playz what happened to yumeoi? :’0
@@yume_k0 I want to know as well
@@yume_k0 I don't really remember the specifics of it, but if I remember correctly, when Tamaki was doing her pretty delayed 250,000 celebration stream, and she had people call in, and because she didn't know who would answer, she had general questions to ask them, and the most common was "What part time job you had in the past?" Pretty normal right? And Yumeoi was one of the people who called in, and he answered that he used to catfish people in dating sites, and it apparently involved money. So yeah, he did some illegal stuff, and after some criticisms, flames and the like, he decided to suspend activities for the time being.
Yeah, its a mess, but please don't attack Yumeoi or Tamaki or anyone involved in the situation.
There are some good vtubers here thank you for making this video
