At the same time he motivated his team mate, and very humble just put himself to be same as the rest of his team mates even though he fights for the biggest MMA organisation in the world UFC.

Paddy is so real, whole video is him subbing guys only to tap in the final round. Has no problem showing it and is still in a great mood. Good stuff.

King of the mat strat: collude with the person you roll with first, save energy by not grappling seriously until you notice there are only 2 other people on the mat, now get serious and finish your current opposition before the other 2 so you can ambush the victor
