How to Fix Decreasing Battery While Charging Android !

as soon as I plug my charger in no matter what I'm charging with and whatvpercent the battery is at as soon as i plug it in it drops 1% every 5 seconds to zero then charges back up normally!

I think the problem is in the Charging Port, it may have been slowly destroyed.

Try to find out how much charging watt your phone supports, then buy an adapter / cable of that calibre. Hope this helps :)
