Here’s an easy way to tell if you’re dealing with someone who is a liar and has a personality disorder: they usually tell 10 different stories about the same thing. When you’re young and an honest person, it’ll be difficult to tell but as you age, just sit back and listen and they’ll tell on themselves. You have to accept it. That’s the catch. People that are honest want to see good in people but you have to accept it when people show you who they really are. It’s not your job to change them or figure out the why. Honest people also internalize as to put pressure on themselves to do better but please do not. It’ll stress you out and cause you chronic pain if you’re not careful. They’ll suck the life out of you if you allow them and break your spirit. It’s not worth it.
Each story has holes in it, but weirdly they obviously don’t remember telling you because it’s horseshit. So when the 9th and 10th stories come out and they vary again you know then they’ve lied so much there’s no point engaging ever again. I’d say and even easier way is they always blame their past. They cannot and will not take responsibility for anything. They’re the professional victim!
I had a woman flip out on me because i didn’t add her laundry to the loads I was doing… she had her dirty laundry in a bag and I didn’t think about it. Next thing it’s “oh you don’t even care about me” stuff like that. She eventually tried to end herself when I needed to break up. Paramedics. Cops involved. That was a HUGE eye opener. It is incredibly addicting trying to get that good-good.
I had one of them. "If you don't call me I'll cut myself". I left her to it. She stopped taking the pill to trap a guy into staying with her. It wasn't me, thank fuck.
One time I was dating a woman and she showed me an audio message from her ex husband. The guy was calling her crazy in pure rage and blind fury. She was trying to get simpathy from me about it. I asked myself what could drive a guy so insanely furious? Couple of months later was my turn to be that furious about her too. So, always good to check why and how her previous relationships ended.
Went on a date with a girl and towards the end as we were driving to dinner she just randomly tells me she has tried to kill her self before. Out of the blue not even talking about anything that could even segue into this. Didn't make a big deal out of it just continued onto dinner, dropped her off and never spoke to her again.
Probably the best thing you did is delete her from the start. If your right about here then you made the right choice, if your wrong about her well you could have been right. So your 100% right to delete her.

My mother and father were both narcissists. They use you as a supply for their admiration. You don’t exist as a person. I doubled down and married a woman later diagnosed as a psychopath. Intense love bombing and over the top bedroom stuff up front, then gaslighting and manipulation. Out of the blue, she had me jailed on false charges while she cleaned out my house and bank account. A restraining order against me ensured I could not get my stuff back. Charges were dropped, but it cost me a ton of $ and nothing was ever done to her for false charges. Love bombing first, then gaslighting, then manipulation/use/abuse. That is the standard process.
If your girlfriend or fiance has a diagnosed mental condition or takes meds, or has gone to counseling in the past; these a massive red flags. Peel rubber and hit the gas gentlemen. Trust me....I know first hand.

The best way to really know someone's issues is to peek into their medicine / vanity cabinet. Mention you have a bad headache to see where they're kept. Take pics of the meds and google research the results. You quickly learn the names of all the anti psychotics, mood stabilisers etc etc.
I wish I would've read that book sooner! Dated a real psycho a year after I separated from my ex-wife in 2016 (that's another story). We first dated when we were in high school (we went to different schools), it didn't end well (her friend caught me with another girl), I was 18 and she was 16. We reconnected on Instagram 20 plus years later; in the beginning she was saying shit like, "you're so good with your money," "you're so this, you're so that." I thought things would've been different this time around...boy was I wrong! I walked out of her apartment one night after an arguement, only for her to chase me down the hallway, that's after four months of dating. From then things went from bad to worse; she was the type that was easily offended, made herself look superior at any opportunity, felt like I was walking on eggshells all the time, always gossiping with her ONLY, two friends she had about whatever happened under our roof. The messed up part, while all that chaos was going on, she was helping with my custody battle with my ex-wife. Oh, and she was a single mother (another nightmare). After about a year and a bit of that (I had won my case to see my child) and a fully paid for cruise (the only good perk), I decided it was time to go and told her so, that happened around May 24 weekend 2019, it was a Friday. Let me rephrase that: after witnessing the dynamics between her parents (I paid close attention to the way her mother treated her father), I decided that I did not sign up for that. I was also trying to figure out a way to leave with the least amount of drama. The month before I left, I gave my passport, birth certificate and other important documents to my sister to hold. She took my apartment key from the night before, so early the next morning I took hers. Throughout the morning it was the barrage of texts; her threatening to call the cops (I called her bluff), to her claiming she changed the locks (which was bullshit), accusing me of stealing her keys (I told her I stole her apartment key, nothing more). She insisted on being present the day I moved my things out so I brought my sister with me as a witness. Of course she tried to bluff-call the cops, only to get called out, again. But I will say this: a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders after I left. We did not have a child together...thank the fucking gods, someone up there loves me!! I did not sign my name next to hers on the rental lease, I had no intentions on doing that. There's nothing tied to her. There's more to it, but this is what happened in a nutshell. My apologies for the long rant, but as long as somenone learns from this, I did my duty.

One told me he loved me in 3 weeks of talking (we hadn't even been on a date yet - he lived at a distance although I knew him from years ago) - regardless, I knew it wasn't true. Duh. And the other guy kept telling me I was his "fantasy girl". 🙄🤢🤮 It's not even that I wasn't initially attracted or interested in these two guys - I was. At first. But then they started that shit and I was immediately turned off. These guys just couldn't understand why I wasn't responsive to the love bombing - ugh! 🤣😂 I thought either they were highly narcissistic and just looking to hook me, OR they were just extremely needy and pathetic. I took a chance that they were the latter and I told them both the following: I told them that the only women who will eat the love bombing up and be attracted to that are women either looking to take advantage of them - OR- They are highly needy or codependent themselves. She loved that I was from the Midwest and has never “meet anyone like me”. We had some fun and now she’s been gone for about a month, calls me often and is trying to get me to fly to her hometown. I apologized to our accountant (guy) and my super hubby of 20+ years on behalf of all women: I apologized for us hammering in them to make more money for us. I’ve sympathized more and more with you guys (and really have worked to clean up my act with my hubby) since I’ve taken on female clients. I’m in the process of ‘divorcing from’ a 6 figure revenue generating, female client. Signs I didn’t see because: 1. I was too eager to start business with her 2. The person who referred her to me I later learned is not a good judge of character. Warning signs once we were in business (vulnerable narcissists apparently are really difficult to spot): A. bad-mouthing others in the industry that she could not decide if they were competition or collaborators B. paranoid: constantly requesting to change disclaimers on the site, making sure I know that I don’t own her content even though the contract clearly says so C. complaining she doesn’t make enough money but wants to do the minimums even though with me should doubled her income in a little over 1 year Whew! This is a long one......... I'm a guy in my early 40's, I look very young for my age, have a good job, I own my own place which I've worked hard for. Around just under a year ago I stated dating a woman of identical age, she had 2 kids in there early teens, I accepted this and we could only really spend every other weekend together and 2 nights in the week. For the first few months all was going well, apart from one small red flag as within the first few weeks I had to cancel our weekend as double booked and had a weekend away with a friend in his holiday home,it was welcome break after struggling with constant lock-downs and not having any real holiday, she got quite jealous and said I had put my friend before her, but it was OK for her to have a weekend break because this had been or prearranged before we met. Moving close to Christmas time, she has started to implement rules I was not to have meet any female friends which also included even going out to lunch with work colleagues. This then got much worse once we put towards new years eve, I had spent the most of the night with her and her kids, she dropped me off early (10:30). I then had a text from a couple who were my friends neighbours to come and see the new year in with them rather than be alone. The next day I had it in the ear, 'oh you cant be alone , your so needy, why did you not talk to me etc. Moving on to we then put a pic of us of us up on Facebook, I had some silly comments about my height as I'm short, but my GF made me remove this female friend of mine I had known since I was 16. On my my birthday, (early January) I had the most sickening experience of any birthday meal, she took me out for a nice meal and bough me some nice gifts, all good, then came the Spanish Inquisition. ''Who are these woman writing on your wall on Facebook wishing you happy birthday, one calling you Hun and another calling you darling. I tried to explain its the way they speak, the one who called me darling was good friend I had know for 16 years, she said you cant have female friends without there being something between unless you have been childhood friends. I told her this friend was cheated on and found before she gave birth, her response was harsh. '' Good she deserves it'' Moving on a few weeks later, the girl I had removed from Facebook asked me why I had done so, my reply was full of anger as I had seen my GF still had Tinder on her phone' 'I'm not sure what to do, she has toxic jealousy and as not happy we had slept together in the past, not sure what to do, I think I need to get rid of her. ' However this female friend who I thought was a female friend as not what she seemed, and of all days in late January on my GFs birthday she she added her and sent the message to her. As you can imagine this caused absolute drama, this put me in bad light, and this was compared to cheating and much worse. Somehow we saved the relationship, but things got much worse, she then she did not trust me and would not accept her problems so I was the problem, I was the nasty one in this relationship. I had a close friends stag do and wedding which were coming up later in the year, she was not officially invited to the wedding as it was still early days, both those weekends landed on our weekends together, this was making her feel uncomfortable and she said the fact the was not invited to the wedding was an insult and rejection from my friends (who had not even met her yet). She said if I went to the wedding and stag do she would nor see me for 6 weeks and go out drinking. It turned out shortly after she was invited to the wedding and I genuinely could not afford the stag do. I found this a major red flag at this stage. A few moths later I saw my old neighbour near where I lived and said hello, I had told my GF she had pooped in at xmas time as was nearby. Anyhow my GF asked me if she had came in before I said no as did not want a an argument and forgetting had told her she had popped in over xmas, this made a huge argument but I had lied out of fear. I found as the months passed by I would avoid woman, not talk to them, these were friends I had known for years, I found it deeply upsetting, I had to keep my Facebook open, I had removed my exes last year, but she was not happy about some pics from nights out where I was with some girls ext, she told me to remove them all. She had kept on repeatedly asking if I had deleted people on my Facebook so I handed my phone before counting how many people I had on thing thing which I need to point I hardly every use these days, she went through asking how I know people, If I hesitated she she deleted them as well as a load of dead accounts, I must of counted 30 she deleted, I went on a week later in which I originally had 770 on there which had gone down to 672, I don't know who was deleted but mainly attractive woman. I had told her about a couple I had set up over 10 years ago and would be nice to see them, I also explained I had dated the girl (2 date), but nothing happened and no physical connection was there etc. I remained friends with here and in the end set her up with a single friend of mine and they have been together over 10 years, I thought this nice and of me, but she thought this was weird. Anyhow again she goes through my Facebook and finds one pic which the my friend had out a comment prior to our first date, just a small compliment about my eyes etc. She went into a frenzy calling me a a liar and this is Gas lighting etc, and I was going to make a fool of her as I had lied because I said was she was not attracted to me, I tried to explain once we met no connection, but prior to the date she liked my pic. It seem to get worse again me treading on eggshells but I had a potential work function which I was in a good chance of winning as was a charity walk abroad, and my chosen charity was for arthritis which I used to deeply suffer from 2 years ago until I recently went on the correct medication. My GF asked if woman from work would be going, I said Yes, she said we were planning on going there, this is not right you being with woman from work, this is what causes affairs, I'm not comfortable about you going. This made me overthink the whole thing for a week in which by that time the offer had gone. Some other more strange behaviour from her continued and comments about people who lie and cheat deserve what they get, even soap dramas make her angry as one story-line had her so rattled her she sent me angry texts about how she was so angry over the story-line. I've also been accused of gas lighting and manipulating her by some of of her friends which I find hard to understand as I'm a decent person but now seem to branded this evil monster of guy who is womaniser who cheats and lies. We went to the wedding recently, we spent at least 8 hours together apart from 15 mins I spent chatting to 2 friends of mine, I mentioned I saw one the brides friends I know , she introduced me to her her partner and said they were getting married. Her response so you leave me for 15 mins, I did leave your side all day because your on crutches. Your talking to other woman, socialising, your selfish. (Admit your selfish , do you see my point.) To this day I've never cheated on any woman (Been cheated on twice from former relationships) I have a good circle of family and friends and generally a sociable guy, but this has been repressed over the last 8 months as I now spend more time with her and the kids on her weekend with them. She does not seem to understand or appropriate how I have built good relationships with her kids or family, but seems hell bent on reducing my circle of friends not allowing me to live a normal life or any time to myself with out being offended. I will be having a chat with her soon as as she still has exes on her Facebook, but her Friends list is hidden, also on 3 occasions we have been out, exes have text her in which she has told me, but don't see these exes blocked or deleted. I don't even know myself anymore, I seem to be shadow of the man I once was. Maybe not being in a relationship for over 6 years took some adjusting to the relationship but I just don't know what to do anymore. Would appreciate your feedback on this one.

Watching this literally a couple of hours after firing and evicting a batsh1t crazy, but hot woman who I first seduced whilst on vacation, who then travelled cross country and decloaked in my town. I gave her a job and a place to stay, and she literally convinced herself that I'd offered her crazy amounts of money to work for me, and that I'd pay for her travel expenses to come down etc., which was all pure delusion on her part. I never even left her my phone number! She pulled my number from an ad I placed looking for staff! This woman looks like Christy Turlington in her prime, and believe me I was ridiculously tempted literally every day since she arrived. But from the moment she showed up on my doorstep unannounced, I knew I had to be on my guard. I knew she was friggin nuts. Sure enough, when her first payday arrived and she was given the same rate of pay etc as everyone else, she flipped out, and started screaming at me, she shoved me with both hands, and then she punched my dog in the face because he started barking in response to her behaviour. So I fired her and told her that another staff member would escort her to the place where she was staying, so that she could pack her things. I'll tell you one thing: I'm just sooooooo relieved and glad that I didn't touch her after her employment started and I made sure that I always had a female witness whenever I was around her. Despite this, she was loudly saying things that implied that my sexual involvement with her was during her employment by me. Thankfully, this one is so obviously crazy, that I'm not at all worried. But seriously, listen to Rich on this. Cut crazy out of your life. If you need to get laid; a high-class hooker is a friggin bargain compared to "free" sex with a crazy woman.

Out of the blue, she had me jailed on false charges while she cleaned out my house and bank account. A restraining order against me ensured I could not get my stuff back. Charges were dropped, but it cost me a ton of $ and nothing was ever done to her for false charges.

The best way to really know someone's issues is to peek into their medicine / vanity cabinet. Mention you have a bad headache to see where they're kept. Take pics of the meds and google research the results. You quickly learn the names of all the anti psychotics, mood stabilisers etc etc.

Dated a real psycho a year after I separated from my ex-wife in 2016 (that's another story).
We first dated when we were in high school (we went to different schools), it didn't end well (her friend caught me with another girl), I was 18 and she was 16.
We reconnected on Instagram 20 plus years later; in the beginning she was saying shit like, "you're so good with your money," "you're so this, you're so that." I thought things would've been different this time around...boy was I wrong! I walked out of her apartment one night after an arguement, only for her to chase me down the hallway, that's after four months of dating.
From then things went from bad to worse; she was the type that was easily offended, made herself look superior at any opportunity, felt like I was walking on eggshells all the time, always gossiping with her ONLY, two friends she had about whatever happened under our roof. The messed up part, while all that chaos was going on, she was helping with my custody battle with my ex-wife. Oh, and she was a single mother (another nightmare).
After about a year and a bit of that (I had won my case to see my child) and a fully paid for cruise (the only good perk), I decided it was time to go and told her so, that happened around May 24 weekend 2019, it was a Friday. Let me rephrase that: after witnessing the dynamics between her parents (I paid close attention to the way her mother treated her father), I decided that I did not sign up for that. I was also trying to figure out a way to leave with the least amount of drama. The month before I left, I gave my passport, birth certificate and other important documents to my sister to hold.
She took my apartment key from the night before, so early the next morning I took hers. Throughout the morning it was the barrage of texts; her threatening to call the cops (I called her bluff), to her claiming she changed the locks (which was bullshit), accusing me of stealing her keys (I told her I stole her apartment key, nothing more). She insisted on being present the day I moved my things out so I brought my sister with me as a witness. Of course she tried to bluff-call the cops, only to get called out, again.
But I will say this: a huge weight was lifted off my shoulders after I left. We did not have a child together...thank the fucking gods, someone up there loves me!! I did not sign my name next to hers on the rental lease, I had no intentions on doing that. There's nothing tied to her. There's more to it, but this is what happened in a nutshell.
My apologies for the long rant, but as long as somenone learns from this, I did my duty.

This is a long one.........
I'm a guy in my early 40's, I look very young for my age, have a good job, I own my own place which I've worked hard for.
Around just under a year ago I stated dating a woman of identical age, she had 2 kids in there early teens, I accepted this and we could only really spend every other weekend together and 2 nights in the week.
For the first few months all was going well, apart from one small red flag as within the first few weeks I had to cancel our weekend as double booked and had a weekend away with a friend in his holiday home,it was welcome break after struggling with constant lock-downs and not having any real holiday, she got quite jealous and said I had put my friend before her, but it was OK for her to have a weekend break because this had been or prearranged before we met.
Moving close to Christmas time, she has started to implement rules I was not to have meet any female friends which also included even going out to lunch with work colleagues.
This then got much worse once we put towards new years eve, I had spent the most of the night with her and her kids, she dropped me off early (10:30). I then had a text from a couple who were my friends neighbours to come and see the new year in with them rather than be alone. The next day I had it in the ear, 'oh you cant be alone , your so needy, why did you not talk to me etc.
Moving on to we then put a pic of us of us up on Facebook, I had some silly comments about my height as I'm short, but my GF made me remove this female friend of mine I had known since I was 16.
On my my birthday, (early January) I had the most sickening experience of any birthday meal, she took me out for a nice meal and bough me some nice gifts, all good, then came the Spanish Inquisition.

I tried to explain its the way they speak, the one who called me darling was good friend I had know for 16 years, she said you cant have female friends without there being something between unless you have been childhood friends. Moving on a few weeks later, the girl I had removed from Facebook asked me why I had done so, my reply was full of anger as I had seen my GF still had Tinder on her phone'
'I'm not sure what to do, she has toxic jealousy and as not happy we had slept together in the past, not sure what to do, I think I need to get rid of her. '
However this female friend who I thought was a female friend as not what she seemed, and of all days in late January on my GFs birthday she she added her and sent the message to her.
As you can imagine this caused absolute drama, this put me in bad light, and this was compared to cheating and much worse.
Somehow we saved the relationship, but things got much worse, she then she did not trust me and would not accept her problems so I was the problem, I was the nasty one in this relationship.
I had a close friends stag do and wedding which were coming up later in the year, she was not officially invited to the wedding as it was still early days, both those weekends landed on our weekends together, this was making her feel uncomfortable and she said the fact the was not invited to the wedding was an insult and rejection from my friends (who had not even met her yet).
She said if I went to the wedding and stag do she would nor see me for 6 weeks and go out drinking. It turned out shortly after she was invited to the wedding and I genuinely could not afford the stag do. I found this a major red flag at this stage.
A few moths later I saw my old neighbour near where I lived and said hello, I had told my GF she had pooped in at xmas time as was nearby. Anyhow my GF asked me if she had came in before I said no as did not want a an argument and forgetting had told her she had popped in over xmas, this made a huge argument but I had lied out of fear.
I found as the months passed by I would avoid woman, not talk to them, these were friends I had known for years, I found it deeply upsetting, I had to keep my Facebook open, I had removed my exes last year, but she was not happy about some pics from nights out where I was with some girls ext, she told me to remove them all.
She had kept on repeatedly asking if I had deleted people on my Facebook so I handed my phone before counting how many people I had on thing thing which I need to point I hardly every use these days, she went through asking how I know people, If I hesitated she she deleted them as well as a load of dead accounts, I must of counted 30 she deleted, I went on a week later in which I originally had 770 on there which had gone down to 672, I don't know who was deleted but mainly attractive woman.
I had told her about a couple I had set up over 10 years ago and would be nice to see them, I also explained I had dated the girl (2 date), but nothing happened and no physical connection was there etc. I remained friends with here and in the end set her up with a single friend of mine and they have been together over 10 years, I thought this nice and of me, but she thought this was weird.
Anyhow again she goes through my Facebook and finds one pic which the my friend had out a comment prior to our first date, just a small compliment about my eyes etc.
She went into a frenzy calling me a a liar and this is Gas lighting etc, and I was going to make a fool of her as I had lied because I said was she was not attracted to me, I tried to explain once we met no connection, but prior to the date she liked my pic.
It seem to get worse again me treading on eggshells but I had a potential work function which I was in a good chance of winning as was a charity walk abroad, and my chosen charity was for arthritis which I used to deeply suffer from 2 years ago until I recently went on the correct medication.
My GF asked if woman from work would be going, I said Yes, she said we were planning on going there, this is not right you being with woman from work, this is what causes affairs, I'm not comfortable about you going. This made me overthink the whole thing for a week in which by that time the offer had gone.
Some other more strange behaviour from her continued and comments about people who lie and cheat deserve what they get, even soap dramas make her angry as one story-line had her so rattled her she sent me angry texts about how she was so angry over the story-line. I've also been accused of gas lighting and manipulating her by some of of her friends which I find hard to understand as I'm a decent person but now seem to branded this evil monster of guy who is womaniser who cheats and lies.
We went to the wedding recently, we spent at least 8 hours together apart from 15 mins I spent chatting to 2 friends of mine, I mentioned I saw one the brides friends I know , she introduced me to her her partner and said they were getting married.
Her response so you leave me for 15 mins, I did leave your side all day because your on crutches. Your talking to other woman, socialising, your selfish. (Admit your selfish , do you see my point.)
To this day I've never cheated on any woman (Been cheated on twice from former relationships) I have a good circle of family and friends and generally a sociable guy, but this has been repressed over the last 8 months as I now spend more time with her and the kids on her weekend with them.
She does not seem to understand or appropriate how I have built good relationships with her kids or family, but seems hell bent on reducing my circle of friends not allowing me to live a normal life or any time to myself with out being offended.
I will be having a chat with her soon as as she still has exes on her Facebook, but her Friends list is hidden, also on 3 occasions we have been out, exes have text her in which she has told me, but don't see these exes blocked or deleted.
I don't even know myself anymore, I seem to be shadow of the man I once was.
Maybe not being in a relationship for over 6 years took some adjusting to the relationship but I just don't know what to do anymore.

Watching this literally a couple of hours after firing and evicting a batsh1t crazy, but hot woman who I first seduced whilst on vacation, who then travelled cross country and decloaked in my town.
I gave her a job and a place to stay, and she literally convinced herself that I'd offered her crazy amounts of money to work for me, and that I'd pay for her travel expenses to come down etc., which was all pure delusion on her part. I never even left her my phone number! She pulled my number from an ad I placed looking for staff!
This woman looks like Christy Turlington in her prime, and believe me I was ridiculously tempted literally every day since she arrived. But from the moment she showed up on my doorstep unannounced, I knew I had to be on my guard. I knew she was friggin nuts. Sure enough, when her first payday arrived and she was given the same rate of pay etc as everyone else, she flipped out, and started screaming at me, she shoved me with both hands, and then she punched my dog in the face because he started barking in response to her behaviour. So I fired her and told her that another staff member would escort her to the place where she was staying, so that she could pack her things.
I'll tell you one thing: I'm just sooooooo relieved and glad that I didn't touch her after her employment started and I made sure that I always had a female witness whenever I was around her. Despite this, she was loudly saying things that implied that my sexual involvement with her was during her employment by me. Thankfully, this one is so obviously crazy, that I'm not at all worried.
But seriously, listen to Rich on this. Cut crazy out of your life. If you need to get laid; a high-class hooker is a friggin bargain compared to "free" sex with a crazy woman.
