Thanks as always for the detailed videos. I'm probably missing something here but on Ruby Life Pools, for pull 7, how does one get the pack of 5 mobs plus flamegullet while avoiding pull 8 and the mob opposite that is not part of any assigned pull?
That blacksmith pull gives waaaaaaay too much trust to pugs. On Tyr in rise I can’t even leave one of those packs up without someone pulling during orbs.
iirc it was done a lot back in S2 the last time this dungeon was current, but if it becomes too problematic I can always adjust the route. MDT shows that area a bit more cramped than it actually is as well.
I pugged Neltharus keys a lot (mostly in the 11-18 range) and I always did this pull. I rarely saw people pull that other pack, and when they did, it did not really matter tons. I find the mini-boss on the way there to be a pretty big waste of time. I always skip him and just tag the two mobs afterwards and drop down to the phoenix pack
i would not compare Neltharus blacksmith pull to Tyr area. In Tyr area people are compelled to be all over the place to catch orbs. In blacksmith area everyone can safely stay on one side and just sidestep one mechanic. Movement is very limited. I've done so many Nelth runs and no one has ever ninja pulled that pack
I was told that there is an invisible wall now in Azure Vault so you cannot jump down from the ring platform area (but can still jump down to the first boss in the beginning area).
I was thinking of that, and maybe you would in high end groups, but the frontal actually fires very quickly so you need to be relatively close to the mob and move ASAP to avoid it so that's probably too much for PUGs haha.
brackenhide hollow is wrong (80% count and pull selected in each side of the map at the same time) and i just can't copy from your video since mdt is different now and i have no clue how to create a route for that dungeon
If you mean the kill wall in AV, that's not between the upper and lower platform, it's between the lower platform and the 3rd boss. If you mean you take too much fall damage, that's correct you'll need to have one of the things I mentioned in the video, so slowfall/levitate/leaps/immune/parasol toy (which can be gotten fairly easily). Worst case people can die to fall damage on the balcony as long as a rezzer is alive.
All routes have now had their format updated to work with the new MDT update!

Flamegullet is just in the wrong spot in MDT, he actually is in the middle of those 5 mobs and patrols around occasionally just like Thunderhead!

They shouldnt need an update to shift to the new layout afaik!

The invisible kill wall is placed between the lower ring and the 3rd boss, but you're still safe to jump down from the upper ring to the lower ring.
Would you recommend pulling stink breath Into tree boss now that you can side step his frontal?
