Speaking of innovation, AP is on point with their three stunning watches. As a collector, I can appreciate their craftsmanship. I own an AP Royal Oak Perpetual Calendar i bought in switzerland from an AD some years ago and plan to research its current value to potentially profit from my investment. Another great Watch News episode, Roman!
Great that will fetch you some cash. *I used to be a collector, but I liquidated my collection to venture into real estate. In January, I acquired homes in Malibu for $52million, and the returns on investment far exceed what I earned as a collector.
How did you grow your portfolio to $52m, I'm impressed, I have a lump sum in the bank, the rates are not impressive so I'm moving it, what's your cash flow like?
I have a financial advisor (trader) she grows my liquid assets and I reinvest the weekly payouts back into real estate and long-term ETFs like VOO and SCHD. I have also started acquiring some tech ETFs, including IITU and IUCM.
I enjoy-and greatly prefer-the videos where Roman and Adrian (or anyone else) speaks from their heart/mind as opposed to the ones where they are seemingly reading from a script or using someone else’s words. Came and stayed for y’all’s authentic perspectives/opinions/selves, please don’t lose that now
If LVMH buys any watch company or group they would bring back the true heritage and also innovation to these companies or groups as most of these are stuck in building the same tried and true watches. LVMH is also probably thinking of perhaps using some of these cases or movements for their own brand as well, so there would not be a lawsuit for using these companies intellectual property . You are right about AP and their 3 gorgeous watches, they do know what they're doing, those are stunning watches. Another excellent Watch News episode Roman.😊
Welcome to LB where we don’t listen to the fans and we think we’re better than everyone because we wear expensive watches. Bring back Grey market clowns
Sorry Roman, but being forced to buy watches I don't want, to earn the privilege of buying the watch I really want, is bullsh!t. If I want to buy a Rolls Royce Phantom they don't make me buy a Ghost first. If I have the money they sell me the car. Watch makers should do the same.
Honestly LVMH buying richemont may be a good thing lol, richemont have done some very shady things with jlc, iwc and Lange. Lvmh buyout may be better for these brands tbh.
Love how Roman praises AP's shallow transactionalism. "these openwork oaks will sell their other models". AP's entire catalog is royal oaks! It's like a weird 11.59 humiliation ritual. Maybe that's what meant my "code"

Sure it's all about DCA, could you please share her name with me or any details so I can look her up online? Thanks!
She is well known as - Diana Leayani Lara. please do your own research.

Roman kept referring incorrectly to the Blancpain as an annual calendar. It’s only a triple calendar with moonphase, not an annual calendar.
😂
Agreed, LVMH should buy a swatch group, as Breguet deserves so much more!
Love Romans thoughts on AP new releases always! He says etc. more than any other person, we gotta get a count.😂
I have that Rado
And a couple others rado watches
Oooh LVMH into Richemont that is interesting.

What an amazing outcome for a beautiful watch. Always a pleasure to see MaMaCoo work your magic. Thanks for sharing this transformation with us!

It will end soon. People are learning that paying over retail is stupidity and watches are poor investments
