    Subscribe to our channel to receive title of "Master Lynx Trapper".*
    *Title does not always accurately reflect lynx trapping skills; offer void if Justin Beiber CD used in set.

    Looking forward to seeing how you make that lynx lure. It would also be nice to see how you harvest and process marten glands. Thanks!

    Did you ever make that video showing how you make your lynx lure? If not, I'd love to see it. Thanks!

    Just found your channel here... I am from Saskatchewan as well... I farm along the west side of the Quill Lakes area. Where in northern Saskathewan are you... I would love to be doimg the trapping and bushlife thing but for now my hands are tied to the farming lol... keep up the good videos...

      Hey, sorry we never replied! Sometimes in the influx of trapping excitement, we miss comments. We are up north of Nipawin a ways. Trapping and bushlife is a good life! But unfortunately making a living is also important haha. Farming is fun as well! I hope you get freed up a bit though and can give this lifestyle a try... we might be slightly biased, but we highly recommend it!

      Thanks! Haha yeah, unfortunately, Beiber just doesn't do well for catching lynx! Can't say I blame the lynx though...

      Don't worry, we are still active! Summer is just our work season so we don't get to have as many adventures. Heading up moose hunting tomorrow though so there should be new episodes coming soon! Thanks for the interest and support!

      Good catch Joe! We intend to do a separate video on that still; it was too much to include in this video itself, but that is a video we intend to do this winter!

    Why killing a Lynx? Are there to many there?

    • @BackwoodsBoys
      @BackwoodsBoys  5 років тому +1

      There are lots of lynx here; every 10 years or so the snowshoe hare population crashes, then a huge portion of the lynx starve to death over the next couple years. Trapping a few lynx can help delay that starvation cycle, or at least make use of some animals while giving them a far faster death than they would likely experience through starvation.
