Hey Rich, I was looking at your "favorite lynx lure", have tried it, and it works WONDERFULLY🤠😎. I noticed that you mentioned that the lure "only" works for lynx.... but I found that to not be true. Year before last, I had a canabalistic lynx eat 2 1/2 lynx, until I caught him. I took the excess lynx front foot, dipped it in your lynx lure (which one of my co-workers calls "botulism stew", and found out that it also attracts SEVERAL other animals (fox, lynx, wolves, and marten, wolverine). The last time that I used it, I caught a dark wolverine, with a cinnamon crown😎😎😎😎. Thanks SO MUCH for sharing the recipe, and I will keep you posted on the trapping results.
I am surprised that you do not skin out the feet. Skinning your animals for the taxidermy market can add a lot of value to your fur. I taxidermy skin all of my Lynx, Wolf and Wolverine. Thanks for the video. I will get some of this mixture brewing for next season.
@@TrappingIncTV Well that is a silly law! lol. I sell lots of my fur to tourists here in Alaska. They like the big lynx paws. Keep up with the good videos and good luck on your trapline.
@@TrappingIncTV Good point. I've talked to a few of the oldtimers around here and they never worried about things like giardia either. They say as recently as the early 70's, you could drink straight from the stream and not get sick. Then there is Lyme disease and that's another new one, at least in the NW. Also, I had a WDFW Officer in my jurisdiction catch some unknown flesh-eating something last year. He nearly lost his face (literally) and his life (minor details). The docs still don't know what it was or which animal may have transmitted it.
SANDY ' this is what tripods was made for! I feel your pain.
RICH' you looked like you was enjoying that! That's concerning.
Great info, thanks #1.
You know what green belly smells like... well this is that plus 2 days! LOL
@@TrappingIncTV I can smell it from here,lol.😥

I'm glad it works for you!
That's a good lookin' tool you have for skinning, (the vise grips and square tubing).
It works wonders on the tough stuff like those 30 pound otters.
..Hey guys. How come you don't take your camera with you on the line anymore . That was my favorite part. thanks..
We are always videoing on the line! We are in the middle of creating Season 6 of Trapping Inc.

Alberta's laws make selling to taxidermists very hard so I only do very remarkable animals.

We are working on changing it.
I'm thinking that should work just as well for bobcats. Later and thanks for sharing.
I'm told it does.
OMG my eyes started watering up
It doesn't bother me that bad but beaver soup where they have turned black and yellow and fall off the bone soft? That is wicked!
Kopi luwak is the most expensive coffee in the world. Maybe you can find a market for the rabbit.
Bahaha! We'd have to do something about the smell!!
Would this method work on bobcat to? Or even rabbits?
I don't know. There are no bobcats here
Just think of how fun that was back in the old days, before rubber gloves and running water.
Hmmm, true story. But we seldom got sick. That is the part that confuses me.

No question there is some nasty stuff out there!
ok question the lure u made does it work for Bobcat
I'm told it works. I don't have bobcat up here.
Will this lure work for Bobcats?
I'm told it does. We don't have bobcat up north.
that's gotta be one smelly shop, cant believe mrs sandy stayed to film...hahaha
I have an Ozone odor eliminator. You take the stinky stuff out and it gets rid of the smell fast.
Yummy
It smells worse than it looks.
A lynx is mostly fur and attitude.
Yeah, not many people believe me when I tell what they weigh. This big tome was 25.2 pounds.
why not just add a rabbit to the mix?
That could certainly work. I always have kitties that come pre-loaded with a rabbit! LOL
Ewwwwwwww
LOL!
