I have missed your channel. So happy your not moving. I love your farm. I understand wanting to be close to family. But the beautiful part of living distance, it give you a road trip to visit. Same with your family visiting you at your beautiful family. I love your family.

You are so amazing great video. What stores do you usually do your grocery shopping at? Do you ever stock up on water? Can you possibly do some in store grocery shopping videos? It would be awesome if you could show how you do your full shopping

I remember last year we were complaining about all the rain but omg, I'm in Atlanta and we're in a heat wave and I hate it. Everything is so DRY. I can't believe you don't water/barely water (?)
I love love flowers with vegetables/fruit! So many flowers I love like yarrow and the black petunias! They say you can't transplant sunflowers but I grow mine under grow lights and I've transplanted without any issues. Your garden looks amazing! The nerdy info thrown in is a nice touch, like three sisters.

What an amazing garden you guys have grown through the good bad and ugly! Look at all of the methods you have incorporated!! I have also had terrible luck with cucumbers this year because of something eating them, I did catch a slug on them once, but otherwise it's a mystery.....and same with the sunflowers, and my Mexican sour gherkins, and Kajari melon seedlings. Talk about a ton of learning and experimenting and working with nature and good years of bumper crops of some things while other things are disappointingly not working out, but it's the fellowship of the gardeners joy that keeps us going..annnd Abundance and Yarrow and climbing roses and KITCHEN GARDENS kicking butt and walking onions...!! You are thriving and I love the joy that you have in living your life, wherever you call home. You have peace in staying right now... it's gloriously obvious. I love that.

How'd that 3 SISTERS planting work out? I haven't done one yet myself, but my understanding was the ideal is to have more mounds spread around a bit bigger area without so many plants clumped together on one little mound. Did you get a harvest off that?

I recently came across your Instagram and now your UA-cam channel and I so love all of the content you put out. I also really want to say thank you for acknowledging the origins of the 3 Sisters as I see it mentioned in many permaculture communities without an acknowledgment (or even understanding!) of where these practices are traced back to.

I started following you on Instagram a lil' while back and didn't even realize you had a YT channel until recently. So nice to get to see the full garden! And so glad I found you! I'm on my own permaculture journey as well, but on a much smaller city lot for now.

I only just found your channel, and this is just what I was looking for. I just started my first ever garden (permaculture) this year at age 60. Your approach is EXACTLY what I’m doing. I also want (pet) chickens for eggs, fertilizer, pest disposal and ground prep! I’m going to spend the whole weekend binge-watching your channel from the beginning!

Only person I've heard reference Queen Anne's Lace instead of wild carrot. Ive tried it raw. Its not bad. I learned alot from a Reader's Digest book called "Magic and Medicine of Plants". Its an 80's books showing wild plants, "current medical knowledge", plant lore, plant biology, habitat, wether itcwas poisonous etc. Very good read.

The yellow perennial is an evening primrose, also called Sundrops or Lemondrops.

Also, I am curious with the amount of plants you have and how close they are, have you had any issues with air flow or powdery mildew? What are your hot days like? Would you be willing to share where you learned about permaculture, the resources? It sounds like I have been doing something very similar and didn’t even realize it was a “type of gardening style” which is pretty cool to stumble upon.
