Yup had a few vertigo moments on the hillside and have had to be talked through them to get to the top! I find the descent worse you end up looking down more at the potential fall. Another great we video!
@redmanwalking74 so for me, vertigo, is my brain showing me the potential of the fall, like a preview. If I know I'm safe, ie wearing a harness, attached to a rope, or have a solid glass barrier, I'm totally fine. I can stand on glass floors and look down at the view. But, once I get the preview moment of a fall, I'm in a cold sweat 😂

It's hard to avoid looking down on the decent. I'll be honest, I'm not really afraid of heights. I am scared of fall for long distances though! 😁 😬🤣
