Stylekorean is my favorite when I'm bulk buying. On New Year's, they had the Dr Ceuracle kombucha essence for $16. I bought 2 bottles lol. I've never seen other retailers have that item on discount.

I'm in the UK and used them several times and takes weeks before I get a dispatch/tracking notification email. Also I think their freebies are terrible, but one thing I will say is that overall their prices are very competitive.

So, what I usually end up doing when I suddenly feel the need to shop is open both Yes Style and Stylevana in a different tab, see who has the most products I'm looking for in stock at the best prices, then try codes. And so far that has always worked out that I've bought from Stylevana. (I only started shopping there this past year). So now it's self-perpetuating, though, because I have no rewards at Yes Style and a good discount at Stylevana. 🤣🤣🤣 I don't really buy clothes or jewelry, though. Just skincare and make-up. I almost always have a Stylevana cart up and then it's just how long I can stop myself from buying more. I'm waiting for one right now! It'll be forever. 🤣🤣🤣

Oh my god Alice, that green cloth from Jolse is not for your face! It is a too abrasive. You are supposed to first soften your sink in the shower or bath, then rub the cloth firmly back and forth across your skin. I find it works best without soap. This will remove sooo much dead skin. Look up Italy towels for more details.

When that inevitably ended in disaster, my bank had my back to an impressive level. Now I place all my orders through them - not PayPal, not afterpay, only the bank that I know has me covered!

That said, it's definitely not a rewards-focused retailer, and they appear to run their online store as very separate from their brick-and-mortar store (can't return online orders to the store, for example). Price...they're charging the same as Ulta for the Cosrx Snail Mucin 😂 BUT I could walk into the physical store in the US and restock on Japanese sunscreen, which is huge. It's mostly a principle-driven decision, to be sure.

Personal fav for me is stylevana! By far. I have spent far too much there. Their coupons and buy 1 get 1 and free shipping and selection is my go to. I don't really do fashion or makeup so I am biased in that way. I just want the skincare. Stylevana has korean and japanese too. I have heard a lot of people talk about Jolse a lot. I still prefer stylevana.

Im gonna buy the ceramide mist and the essence this week. Also love the skin balance instant cleansing water I think you will like that to and it's cheaper then the fresh great ingredients to it has the ferment in it also
Jolse is amazing. Super fast shipping. I received my order within 10 days of placing the order. It was regular shipping, not express. Stylevana is horrible. I ordered on 11/16/2022 and there is still no movement on the tracking # they gave me on 11/17/2022. I reached out to them early on because of their policy about filing a claim within 14 days of shipment notification because there was no movement on shipping (it's their policy). They said not to worry. It's been 8 weeks and still no movement on tracking. They also have stopped responding to emails. I'm sure I've lost my money.
I’ve had some issues with Stylevana lately. I placed an order at the end of November that I’m still waiting for LOL I emailed them and they said hopefully in February 🤦🏼♀️ I also rushed to buy an advent calendar and then found out three weeks later that they canceled my order (along with a lot of other people I assume they oversold it) i’m not writing them off because I do think they’re a smaller company that’s growing but if I need something quickly I’m definitely going to YesStyle first! 😂 I’ve never shopped the other two retailers so this was very helpful thank you!
Did it ship? I’m not at all fond of USPS deliveries for my international orders. I hate saying that as I recognize how important USPS is for our country, but they just aren’t the best at handling overseas orders. My hope is that Stylevana switches to FedEx/DHL!

They informed me that it was due to a sunscreen being out of stock but I just wish I had known that. I had no idea what to expect and then when they told me February I was like just relieved that they hadn’t lost my order entirely 😂 i’m hoping in the future they can inform customers when certain items are going to take longer the way yesstyle does and I would definitely prefer FedEx or DHL because they are always much faster that would be a wonderful upgrade as well!
The Pyunkang yul cream isn’t a good choice to use as an example because out of most things being higher priced on amazon that is only $10. That whole line is actually cheaper or equal to on amazon and amazon we know ships best here in America

Did u order in the 1-11 sale ware everything was 11$ I was so tempted and their has been so many sales ware good items have been under 10$ so so tempted did u notice Mary & May jumped significantly in price it was 9.97 when I first got interested now it's like 23$ what crazy. I can't even get my QVC order that fast that's crazy I am still waiting for that Yensa product ordered it Dec 31 and it never came called they expedited another that was suppose to be here today .... I used to buy from YesStyle and TRIED to purchase from Jolse once, but after Covid they are no longer shipping to US territories until further notice, which is ridiculous. It's been what? three years already!! I tried other sites like StyleKorean and Stylevana (both claiming to offer free shipping to US after a certain amount spent using DHL) but neither grant free shipping to US territories. So I'm kinda stuck with SokoGlam, which I like but we all know that they are limited in they products they offer and some of them are pretty pricey. And Amazon is out of the question after going through the experience of them sending me fake products.

I used them for the first time back in nov of 2021 and am still waiting on my face cream to arrive. It took them weeks to even acknowledge id placed an order in the first place.. Both shipping and customer service is simply AWFUL! :/

I also got free shipping as I spent above a certain quantity but like I said it took like 2 months or more to arrive . It’s kinda like Aliexpress in terms of shipping .

I placed a yesstyle order and all the products said they would ship in 1-2 days and it took 4 weeks to get the items. They lied to me BUT the price was great so I wasn't mad. Stylevana took forever for me too.
Question please. What are some examples of other active serums? I think I understand that vitamin C and Tretinoin are actives but what are some others examples. I understand what they do just wanna make sure I’ve got a full picture of which ones they are. As always thank you you’re so very helpful
Actives are indeed tricky to define! But I would say they are meant to address a skin concern via a specific mechanism and at a specific, research-validated dose. Sometimes they’re a cosmetic drug ingredient (ie salicylic acid), sometimes they’re a prescription drug ingredient (ie tretinoin), and sometimes not a drug but still address a concern (ie vitamin c addresses hyperpigmentation).

It depends on the retailer in general. YesStyle is pretty good about it - I’ve placed orders for $30-40 with free shipping. Stylevana & Stylekorean, no - has to be above the threshold with all discounts

It's a body exfoliation cloth. It's often used in the Korean spa to scrub you down. I think they call it "Italy towel" (curious about the source of that...)

It’s a predatory system though. 18 year olds would be denied for most loans - and that’s a good thing. They aren’t necessarily ready to jump into that type of responsibility. Somehow, student loans are an exception? At the very least, it needs to be regulated much better.

Personal fav for me is stylevana! By far. I have spent far too much there. Their coupons and buy 1 get 1 and free shipping and selection is my go to. I don't really do fashion or makeup so I am biased in that way. I just want the skincare. Stylevana has korean and japanese too. I have heard a lot of people talk about Jolse a lot. I still prefer stylevana.

Im gonna buy the ceramide mist and the essence this week. Also love the skin balance instant cleansing water I think you will like that to and it's cheaper then the fresh great ingredients to it has the ferment in it also

Jolse is amazing. Super fast shipping. I received my order within 10 days of placing the order. It was regular shipping, not express. Stylevana is horrible. I ordered on 11/16/2022 and there is still no movement on the tracking # they gave me on 11/17/2022. I reached out to them early on because of their policy about filing a claim within 14 days of shipment notification because there was no movement on shipping (it's their policy). They said not to worry. It's been 8 weeks and still no movement on tracking. They also have stopped responding to emails. I'm sure I've lost my money.

I’ve had some issues with Stylevana lately. I placed an order at the end of November that I’m still waiting for LOL I emailed them and they said hopefully in February 🤦🏼♀️ I also rushed to buy an advent calendar and then found out three weeks later that they canceled my order (along with a lot of other people I assume they oversold it) i’m not writing them off because I do think they’re a smaller company that’s growing but if I need something quickly I’m definitely going to YesStyle first! 😂

Did it ship? I’m not at all fond of USPS deliveries for my international orders. I hate saying that as I recognize how important USPS is for our country, but they just aren’t the best at handling overseas orders. My hope is that Stylevana switches to FedEx/DHL!

I contacted Stylevana in December because I was going out of town and was very concerned. They informed me that it was due to a sunscreen being out of stock but I just wish I had known that. I had no idea what to expect and then when they told me February I was like just relieved that they hadn’t lost my order entirely 😂 i’m hoping in the future they can inform customers when certain items are going to take longer the way yesstyle does and I would definitely prefer FedEx or DHL because they are always much faster that would be a wonderful upgrade as well!

The Pyunkang yul cream isn’t a good choice to use as an example because out of most things being higher priced on amazon that is only $10. That whole line is actually cheaper or equal to on amazon and amazon we know ships best here in America

I ordered from ofra not Korean but I got the Samantha March pallet for 12.99 then I made some Christoph Robin orders shampoo conditioner expensive iwould have been better off just ordering some K beauty..lol but I needed shampoo and conditioner then I bought the bumble and bumble leave in primer set a color pop pallet some jcat beauty cream shadows and a few other things lol not like u care but I thought I'd tell u anyway. I'm allergic to paying shipping 😂 I hate it but I did pay it on the Christoph products and the ofra pallet o also paid it on the Yensa BB cream . I used to buy from YesStyle and TRIED to purchase from Jolse once, but after Covid they are no longer shipping to US territories until further notice, which is ridiculous. It's been what? three years already!! I tried other sites like StyleKorean and Stylevana (both claiming to offer free shipping to US after a certain amount spent using DHL) but neither grant free shipping to US territories. So I'm kinda stuck with SokoGlam, which I like but we all know that they are limited in they products they offer and some of them are pretty pricey. And Amazon is out of the question after going through the experience of them sending me fake products.

I used them for the first time back in nov of 2021 and am still waiting on my face cream to arrive. It took them weeks to even acknowledge id placed an order in the first place.. Both shipping and customer service is simply AWFUL! :/

I also got free shipping as I spent above a certain quantity but like I said it took like 2 months or more to arrive . It’s kinda like Aliexpress in terms of shipping .

Actives are indeed tricky to define! But I would say they are meant to address a skin concern via a specific mechanism and at a specific, research-validated dose. Sometimes they’re a cosmetic drug ingredient (ie salicylic acid), sometimes they’re a prescription drug ingredient (ie tretinoin), and sometimes not a drug but still address a concern (ie vitamin c addresses hyperpigmentation).

It’s a predatory system though. 18 year olds would be denied for most loans - and that’s a good thing. They aren’t necessarily ready to jump into that type of responsibility. Somehow, student loans are an exception? At the very least, it needs to be regulated much better.
