Whats the cost of living in Ghana?

- This is just my personal experience of being in Ghana and the cost of living here. There will be differences from person to person but hopefully this video will give you some insight into what it is like if you are thinking of moving here one day.
*When I talk about money in the video I'm talking about per month. It's been pointed out to me that I didn't say the frequency. I'm sorry!!!
You and your skin complexion are both beautiful! Thank you so much for your information!Peace and strength!
Thank you so much!!!
You beat me to it....her skin and complexion is on point very beautiful lady.
And her accent is the bomb
Liquid brown.WOW, A .BEAUTIFUL SISTA?
It trips me out the simple comments people have the offer. Nothing constructive.
If you want to go back home, you need to be prepared, and you will be fine. Try to buy your home ( I started investing in real state years before moving) or build if you have time, before you make a move. Accommodation is your first concern, very expensive. So you have to start planning earlier, if you have your home, your cars, your good saving, a plan of what you want to do, you will be good. Learn to save (I mean live small), don't think you are in UK or in America...you are now in Africa, so learn how to save( I am telling you), don't go shop at Accra mall everyday....hmmm you will spend a lot of money. I think that if you come with a brilliant idea and business plan, , anything (health, food, education, new technology) you can survive in Africa. It will not be easy the first months, but don't get discourage. Put yourself in your mind that...."I am not going back, I will stay back home, Africa" Come back home with the entrepreneur mental, create jobs...people don't have jobs. Africa needs you guys, if you have finished school, worked in the Occident for many years, go back to you mother's land, Ghana(Africa), and bring your experience.
Perfectly written! Renting is a ridiculous expense and will drain most of your savings. You do need to know and understand the area and want to live in though.
Titi what if you're close to retirement and you live in America but you want to move to Africa? How do I make my mark there? In America we've been trained like zombies to be consumers, love its traditions, and customs and be afraid of Africa. BUT I am not I love all of Africa God's creation (s). I want to come home but not to an apartment. How expensive are the homes in Ghana?
If you are close to retirement, and you want to go back home (Africa), ,again, make sure you have a home, that you have already built, before your retirement. If you are not a big spender, not trying to live large, you will be good with your retirement payment. Accommodation is the key, specially if you want to stay in Accra (a 2 BR apartment in East Lagon is about $600+ a month). If you have also shipped your car home, you will be good.
Sha-Ril Undersun I would recommend you come to Ghana for a two or three week visit. That way you caring answers to your questions. I have a two bedroom two bath fully furnished air conditioned guest to lease in Kasoa, Internet is also included. Kodak is rural Accra. The package includes tour guide and transportation to all the government buildings you will have to visit to establish yourself in Ghana. The Guide will walk you thru the process. All at very affordable daily rate. I can be reached via email at wchaney52@hotmail.com
Thierry Francois Michel Bodog not sure what skills food service worker would go out there. I'll be nurse Assistance soon
This was a VERY informative and fun video to watch. I love the presentation as well as the information. Thank you.
Forget Ghana.....I want to become a citizen of your heart😘
I really appreciate this video sis, I'm moving there next year
Glad you found it helpful. :)
why are you moving there
Yahosaphat Ken Yisreal have you moved yet?
bs
Why would anybody want to move to Ghana? It's a third world country
Interesting. It's like the saying "you win some you lose some". You may benefit in relation to weather, culture, daily costs of certain things etc, but you may lose on convenience, or certain amenities that one could be accustomed to... It comes down to the love for the country, or opportunity there. I think this applies more for people who are transplanted (almost any country). This is just my opinion and any country can be substituted.. thank you so much for the video and watch that iPhone data.
This is great info! Thanks for doing this. Please continue to make videos. I just moved back to the US from China and some of the issues there sounds like what I experienced in China.
+alocintsruh I will be doing more videos very soon😊
I think access should be the top priority for many expats considering Ghana because, especially sine there's a lot of opportunity to generate an income w/ a laptop.
Other than that, Ghana's a cool place to be. The food was great and I had no issue w/ crime.
Mr Dacus examples of such opportunities?
thank you for your nice comment some people online are just mean and don't know that if you respond nice to people you get nice back and I want to say you are a very beautiful black woman wish there were more like you in the US keep uplifting our people
Thank you so much. I believe that comments are just different points of views and not arguments so there is no reason to be rude. Thanks for taking the time to comment.😊
I spend 50 to 60 Gh. C, on Vodafone modem for internet access ( Modem cost about 150 Gh. C.but have heard another group " Busy" is a better bet. Transport depends on where you travel to and how! I use Trotro for a few Cedis to get into town. Local taxis for short distance are only 3 to 5 Gh. C. further and you have to negotiate ! Rent of flat you can side step the Agent if you know area you want to be in and look for the For Rent " signs but make your call to visit and take a friend ! A self contained flat can be from 200 Gh, C. 2400 Gh.C. upwards depending on number of rooms and furnishing.
I've just started using busy Internet as it happens and so far I'm really impressed. I can watch UA-cam for free which was my biggest data usage so I'm a happy bunny.
+christain boy £1000 is actually more like 5000ghc not 7. Many people that choose to move here from abroad will struggle initially to survive on 1000ghc. I do agree that you can live on less than 5000ghc though.
Natural Ghana Girl Are you still using busy internet
+Michael Owusu Kyereko no I stopped because it was way too expensive. The data would never last until the end of the month and when we moved I had other options.
Many European Americans are retiring to countries in South America. Ghana is a very peaceful society and always respectful of the elderly. It would be easy to start a business there and do quite well. There is lots of money in Ghana. Though the vast majority of the population is quite poor, the youth always figures out a way to have money for what they want.
Your complexion is stunning! Good info and Stay beautiful
Thank you 😊
+Natural Ghana Girl loool why would you a "home help" in Ghana when you do everything by yourself in the UK?
+anthonys 123 Hi! Very good question, perhaps something I should touch on later. The short answer is because it's very difficult to do everything here yourself. If you want to go to the market for example people can straight away spot that you are a foreigner so prices are hiked up. Bigger houses and more dust especially during harmattan mean that houses need to be cleaned more frequently. If you can do all of that while the sun is beating down on you then I will most definitely take my hat off to you. It's not impossible to do but it's a lot of hard work especially when home help is not that expensive.
That makes sense
Nice video dear sister. I'm planning on relocating to Cote d'iviore late in 2017. I'm considering Ghana to be a plan B if Cote d'ivoire doesn't workout. Again thanx for sharing your very informative video.
Thanks for watching, glad the video helped you to get some insight.😊
Thank you for your video I'm headed to South America this coming spring Medellin Colombia the country is inexpensive in most parts the quality of life I hear is good...I really thought hard about going to Africa in the near future but its expensive to live and expat .... I decided to change my mind I did not want to go to a country and struggle with finances Thank you for the information...
ive been watching all your vids for im planning a trip to Ghana next month. never been and looking fwd to the experience. your videos given me much help to properly plan this life experience.! THanks
REPLY
+Charles Charles Aww that's great. I'm so glad I've been useful! You'll have a great time here I'm sure. The hardest thing about Ghana is learning to slow down. People take their time here to do stuff whereas those of us that are westernised are always in a rush to do something else. You'll see what I mean when you get here.😊
Greetings from Central America! Such useful information for living abroad! ✨🌱👩🏿🌾
thank you, however it makes no sense that if there's providers and a growing consumer base, there should be adequate services, the power grids there are woefully inadequate but I have to wonder if it's intentional,if there are more nefarious motives, just a thought
Ghana's economy is one of the strongest and most diversified in Africa, following a quarter century of relative stability and good governance.[15] Ghana's growing economic prosperity and democratic political system has made it a regional power in West Africa
The dudes in these comments who are simpin, notice she doesn't respond to you, shouldn't it tell you something?
Thank you for your perspective. All the best to you.
I really like your videos, down to earth and straight to the point I live in Ghana myself first year was great the second year was a nightmare, I didn't come to Ghana to look for a sister or anything like that. I am still here it can be a challenge no doubt and you do meet some narrow minded people unfortunately, but the majority are great and welcoming you can live modestly in Ghana. In my case I found my quality of life raised very highly indeed even though I took a pay cut to move here, from England I would recommend Ghana but don't expect the people here to role out the red carpet. Favourite places Ho in Volta, Cape Coast, Tamale and Upper East when I feel I can handle the bus journey without keeling over!
I agree, living in Ghana is not always an easy ride but for me personally it still outweighs any other option. I feel like I can actually live life here rather than just exist.
True....
+Pamela Tammi hi! Unfortunately I don't have any such video. I never dreamt of being a UA-camr until I came to Ghana.
Natural Ghana Girl what about living in Nigeria? Or Namibia? Do you know anyone who can provide some information? TY!
I’m binge watching ur videos now!!!
Heyy girl! Nice meeting you in ghana! Ive started watching ur videos! This video is soo real, i wanted to do a video about the same topic but i didn't know how to do it without being all negative 🙊🙈! You did a great job with this video!
Thanks so much. I had to try and hold some of my comments back lol. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives here though.
Please do an updated video on this subject 🙏🏾 ❤
so I guess I should win the lotto here....then move to Ghana....working on it.
everyone is in touch with there culture....if i do have kids i want to do it right....ive lived here n love it...but ima choose where i go from here...love for our people GOT TO BE IMPORTANT
Good piece but I think you've over exaggerated about internet service. Please do one on UK for Ghanaians... I'm sure it will be longer than 12 minutes.
Thank you. The internet service really does depend on where you live, not all services are accessible in all areas. I currently pay 300 cedis a month for my current package.
wow you have not aged one bit from when this video was made plus your videos are sooooooo interesting i feel like i know so much about Ghana from you but you are so youthful 2015 to 2020 you have not aged
Aww thank you 😊 🙏🏾
+ Natural Ghana Girl, nice presentation my dear. You hit on some key points that are very important to living in Ghana. I plan to visit Acrra very soon. I am considering moving to Ghana from the United States. From Michigan to be Exact. You are a very beautiful lady. Back to the mother land of African diaspora. My actual ancestry is In Nigeria.
+BassKat Basskat That's great, please do come and explore Africa there is so much to see and do here.
+Natural Ghana Girl Yes beautiful lady. I shall do that. I look forward to that.
Ghana was the first country in sub-Saharan Africa to launch a cellular mobile network in 1992. It was also one of the first countries in Africa to be connected to the internet and to introduce ADSL broadband services.[139]
Awesome brown skinned sister!!!!! Her skin looks like solid gold!!!!!
thanks for your help sister, great info!
I'm coming!
We must stay connected
i was there when it was very very cheap, had my AFRICAN WEDDING there very very nice going out was at the most 100 cedes, with tip ,a nice one...i was at a club at LABADE BEACH WITH FRIENDS ,it came to 50 $$$ great band great food, but i guess that is all memories now.....
Thank you so much for information, could you talk about learning English in Ghana please?
Thank you. I don't know much about learning to speak English in Ghana, most people usually ask about learning a local language.
Damn those internet speeds are slow, Thanks for sharing this!!!
I know, it's really painful waiting for pages to open. Glad you found it helpful!
There are eight national public universities in Ghana
(i choose only main points of info)
The oldest university in Ghana, the University of Ghana, was founded in 1948. It had 29,754 students in 2008.
The Government of Ghana states that the official language of Ghana is English,[2] and is spoken by 67.1% of the inhabiting population of Ghana.[3]
hm.....!
How did you take your money to Ghana? Debit card? Physical cash? Did you have to declare at the Airport?
thank you for the break I want to.move ghana 2017
Did you leave yet?
Dana Only me too
I'm tired of everything gping on here in the US and I feel like it's only going to get worse. I was really thinking about moving somewhere over there in Ghana, Nigeria, etc. It seems so expensive though.
Yes people do say that, personally I don't think it is that bad. It really depends on the lifestyle you want to lead. Once you have your major expenses out of the way (car & accommodation) you are fine. Your day to day living will be down to you. I wouldn't let that worry you too much unless you are the type of person that likes going out almost every day to eat and such.
I've never been to America before but even still it would be hands down Ghana/ Africa for me.
just try to go and find out for yourself- look how many of us visit or live in Africa- so it can't be that expensive
Go for Ghana, trust me, i lived in both countries. Nigeria is another level of stress
Buckeyeboi it's not expensive at all. She didn't give the right info
The etymology of the word Ghana means "warrior king" and was the title accorded to the kings of the medieval Ghana Empire in West Africa
In Ghana, anyone who helps you expects $omething from you lol.. I found it expensive in general. At first, the exchange rate seemed great. THen I realised pretty much most products cost a lot. A shampoo will be anywhere from 7 to 20 cedis. The money goes FAST.
Thanks my sister i will stay right here in the USA...regardless of the oppression we are experiencing
+Charlie Freeman I only speak the truth
Thanks for information ,great job...regards
If you plan on having the comforts of your home in the west, car, hot water, regular electricity, water, internet, airconditioning, then you ARE GOING TO NEED A LOT OF MONEY TO live that kind of comfortable life.
when we went on holiday to Ghana cause I'm a ghanaian the Vodafone thing was painfully slow
The worst part is they have just increased their prices!
I found out the hard way that an iPhone is not a good phone to be using in Ghana you have to go with the Samsung galaxy or something of that sort
+Alley Browne why?
Why?
are they exploding there?
You need to find a seamstress to make your clothing! Your garments will be custom made and will look highly stylish.
+Gail Lewis My cousin actually makes clothes for me sometimes, she's really good.
+Gail Lewis My cousin actually makes clothes for me sometimes, she's really good.
Natural Ghana Girl I'll be in touch when I'm ready to go back so I gave give her some business.
Yeah, you can
Wow, I won't be going there. That's crazy. Still decades behind. Come on guys pick your game up.
You are absolutely beautiful.
Please explain in US currency. Love the video and thank you.
+Teresa Gary 1 dollar is roughly 4 cedis but it fluctuates so best to check it on XE
Natural Ghana Girl Thank u.
Hi. I'm so confused about an online relationship with a woman from Ghana, and I was hoping you might be able to help ?
Part of my confusion has to do with scamming. I've been told and have read about this happening a lot in Ghana. I feel that I do love her but the scamming question seems to be there in the back of my mind, especially when it comes to sending her money.
I live in Australia so it costs a fair bit of money to transfer because there are no options to send in Cedi as banks here only want to transfer in either USD or English Pounds.
Also after watching a few of your videos, I know now that rent and medical issues are expensive in Ghana and I thought that Elizabeth wasn't telling me the truth about these expenses and know I feel very guilty for leaving her. We were engaged to be married and we were going to live here in Australia.
I do have a bit of money, but I've been paying for a lot of things for her which I didn't mind doing, but paying out these expensive amounts of money all the time will eventually make me broke.
Elizabeth has a dual citizenship. Her mother is from Ghana, and her Father is from Norway. Unfortunately though both of her parents died in a motor vehicle accident, and she has no other relatives who will help with expenses.
I've spent thousands of dollars so far, and we can't seem to raise enough money to get her out of Ghana because of the money I've already spent. Whenever things look like we're going to be able to get Elizabeth to Australia, something always happens where the money needs to be spent on the new problem.
Can you help by giving any advice possible please ?
You can message me on messenger with Facebook as well by my name : John Wootton. Thank you
+John Wootton Unfortunately scamming can be a huge problem. I can't say if you are being scammed or not so just go with your gut feeling. When I say hospitals etc are expensive, I mean in terms of handling ghana money. Looking at it from abroad it shouldn't break the bank too much. For example I have friends who have given birth here for between 1400- 5000 cedis which is roughly $1000 top end but even that is pretty expensive. So I'm not sure what kind of money you were sending but as I say go with your gut it's usually right. I can't comment on the particulars because I don't know enough to state an opinion.
The problem is the people who we associate with when we come visit. They want you to spend what they don't spend in a month, in a day.
$1.00 US DOLLAR is almost $4.00 in Ghana
today $1 is 4.41Ghana Cedi. The highest I have seen it in the 2 years I have been keeping track. An retired individual with a $1500 per month income could live quite well in Ghana right now. I rent a house there for less than $100 per month. Of course I had to pay a 2 year lease up front but still......
+Willie Chaney
how are you doing? do you still live in Ghana in 2017?
what type of living can a family of 3 live on 1400 usa dollars. I'm khalilyah u I live in the states right now but trying to move from the states I used to live in Europe for many years but came back now looking for help and support to transition to Ghana please email me kennethsherman14@yahoo.com
+Pro Baller if you would like help moving you can email me naturalghanagirl@gmail.com
+Natural Ghana Girl

+Natural Ghana Girl
she will want to hear from you because you have the same uk culture we have people from Ghana here but it's a bit of a trust issue because she never been to this part of Africa she has been to morroco
Excellent information I like your video 👍
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO..BUT I WAS SO HOPING YOU WOULD GIVE A ESTIMATE ON THE PRICE OF RENT... BEING AN AMERICAN I STILL HAVE NO CLUE...WHY DID I NOT PAY ATTENTION TO THE EXCHANGE OF DOLLARS TO GHANA MONEY. THANK YOU AGAIN I ENJOYED YOUR VIDEO.
+onesistersoul it would be difficult to say but our last house was 1500 cedis a month which worked out to be roughly $500+ a month for a 4 bedroom house
wait..you have to pay to visit the beach??? you mentioned not being able to afford to go...please explain....
be back there in February and need too learn the ropes. need assistance
Wow you're beautiful. Great video and info!
Thank you!😊
I just saw a video that talks about Ghana welcoming Afro Americans to the country. I already knew it's expensive there . It would b crazy to move from America to there unless I was rich . But being rich , I could live great here or anywhere.
If you can set up a nice business you will be fine.
Natural Ghana Girl If I can set up a nice business there, I'll be fine. Sounds simple. smh
im in ireland,,i have a friend in ghana and he has like a separate building thing next to his home that he sleeps in that has a staircase to enter it,, think he said it was building box r something like that
Im not sure what that is, it sounded like you were explaining an outhouse first but with the stairs I'm not sure.
Be careful, I'm native, ubeme830@gmail.com
look up UNDPAfrica and see what membership and entrepreneurship programs they offer to work and live there and in other African Countries.
Wow thanks for the information
Syri Jackson There are businesses, housing programs, University programs that are sponsored by the UNDP for UNDPAfrica. tweet to Helen Clark, UNDP President, go to UNwebTV website and you will find a lot of UN information along with speeches from UN Assembly. You will even see the speech of the ruler of the African Country you are in. Become a member of UN Women organization. Get your friends involved. They have grants, scholarships, travel, and then... pivot from your normal periscope presentation to a UNDPAFRICA periscope presentation. 💰☺
Ghana produces and exports an abundance of hydrocarbons such as sweet crude oil and natural gas
Thank you for your teachings
😊
Need to tap all the black Americans that are professionals in engineering, communications, etc to help overcome those issues. Maybe the gov't can offer incentives for them to come and help with some of the problems
I agree, there is so much power in unity.
Hi sis great video can explain the ghanaian currency vs the UK currency exchange rate you do mention the currency but not the uk equivalent thanks.
I will be sure to do that next time. Currently the rate is about 5 cedis to every £1. Hope that helps.
No Disrespect . I Just Was Confused As Hell Thinking I Was Gonna Get An Answer Since Its Assumed That You Would Know Since Your Talking About It .
+Tabitha Johnsoneerf I gave a breakdown of the different things you would likely need to pay for. The amount I gave was roughly £1000 a month but I did say that that was a rough estimate as it depends on your personal lifestyle. No one in the world would be able to give you an exact cost of what you would personally spend. I hope that clears things up for you.
i could listen to that all day...
The Ghana economy is an emerging digital-based mixed economy hybrid similarly to that of Taiwan with an increasing primary manufacturing and exportation of digital technology goods along with assembling and exporting automobiles and ships, diverse resource rich exportation of industrial minerals, agricultural products primarily cocoa, petroleum and natural gas,[107] and industries such as information and communications technology primarily via Ghana's state digital technology corporation Rlg Communications which manufactures tablet computers with smart phones and various consumer electronics.
Thank you for the discouragement.....
+Tylisha Fauntleroy My views are my opinion, I choose you share them on this platform. You can take bits and throw away bits, I don't really mind. I'm giving a realistic view point of Ghana. I could sit here and say all the wonderful things only but I would be lying. Would you prefer that? I'm still living here so it can't be that bad.
i thought that Ghana was a poor country. but i also saw one time that it was a champion in Guinness book of records. in 1960-62(?)
Hi there what is the equivalent of the cities you are referring too compared to where your from. I am from the States and just wondering for rent if you have 1000 cities what is that compared to dollars if you know? lol
What is the average cost of a 2 or 3 bedroom apartment there with good sized rooms in U. S. dollars? What are good areas to live in there? Please respond. Thank you.
Depends of the lifestyle you choose
i did some checking i get 1,300 a month that 6,000 in Ghana i 3 bedroom house in a gated community is 500 a month in Ghana
+eric soles Yes its possible
I wana go in Aug for 1 week..
All im taking is $1,000 guess I be staying in a Hotel...
How much is Hotel a day..
For 5 days.....
Peace sis not sure what you said you would rather eat than pay for internet but it sounds delicious. Also are you saying cities . Is that the currency there? One last question in my mind I picture Ghana in particular as a place of spontaneous fun with dancing and singing breaking out of nowhere, I know it's more wishful thinking but is there a degree of fun that is free that happens frequently. Thanks for your time be blessed
Im saying cedis which is the currency here. There is plenty of fun to be had here, the only thing i would say about that is watch your cedis because they travel out of your hand really quickly even if it is a free event that you are going to.
Haha, really enjoyed your expose. Wondering how long it took you to get this much figured out though :D
+Mawuli Amoa I basically listed all the things we had to pay for since being here. Living here you quickly realise all the hidden costs that are involved. Glad you liked the video!
is it better to use US money when I get there as like we're still speaking English in the videos for example of my questioning and reasoning
You have to change your dollar to cedi. So you will be working with the exchange rate. If you can set up a business it would save you having to rely on changing money all the time as that would generate you an income. Hope that helps!
+Natural Ghana Girl yes that was very helpful and educational
Where did you look for jobs? I'm a Black American and I'm interested in moving there.
+Melanie-Jude Dawson Hi! Thats a really good question. Its quite difficult to find a job here unless you are already in the system. The other way you can do it is to go the expat route and maybe find companies online that are hiring for Ghana from America. Expat companies come with perks such as house, car etc (some not all). The quickest and easiest but most risky way is to come to Ghana and find a job here. Networking in Ghana is quite easy, you only need to know someone that knows someone else, I'm sure you wouldn't go for too long without having a job but you need to make sure you are financially secure to do it. Hope that helps in some way.
Thank you! It's probably unrealistic, but I would like to work somewhere where I could make at least $35,000 US a year so that when I come back I'm not flat broke.
+Melanie-Jude Dawson In that case I would say start a business for yourself. If you are seriously thinking of coming to Ghana a business, even a micro business would be ideal. You could get an expat job today and then tomorrow lose it and end up with nothing.
I am working with Ghanaian refugees but unlucky their English is not so good like this Lady! anyway congratulations for this understandable English!
+clantpo claudio thanks!
What is your cost of living today? Are your internet costs still high and speeds slow?
I did a video recently about budgeting, it’s all there 😊
Known for its industrial minerals, Ghana is the world's 7th largest producer of gold; producing over 102 metric tons of gold and the 10th largest producer of gold in the world in 2012; producing 89 metric tons of gold and Ghana is the designated 2nd largest producer of gold on the Africa continent behind the designated first South Africa.[116] Ghana has the 9th largest reserves of diamonds in the world and Ghana is the 9th largest producer of diamonds in the world with Brazil having the 10th largest reserves of diamonds in the world and being the 10th largest producer of diamonds in the world.[117] Industrial minerals and exports from South Ghana are gold, silver, timber, diamonds, bauxite, and manganese; South Ghana also has a great deposit of barites; basalts; clays; dolomites; feldspars; granites; gravels; gypsums; iron ores; kaolins; laterites; limestones; magnesites; marbles; micas; phosphates; phosphorus; rocks; salts; sands; sandstones; silver; slates; talcs; and uranium that are yet to be fully exploited.

as we can say: oh shit.(in a positive sense)
I was thinking last year to visit Ghana, so when I check the ticket price, the cheapest flight form miami to Accra was above 3000$ smh. great video tho.
Wow! Seriously? Try using Kayak. You can set up an alert once ticket prices get below a certain number. I found tickets from the Bay Area for around $800.
tomaitoe wow that's not bad. Europeans come here in Miami for 600 or least but 3000 for coach to visit Accra in Ghana smh I really want to visit these places. even for a week.
Me too. I have wanted to visit Ghana for years and want to make it happen in 2017 finally. Best of luck to you.
Why visit when you can move there. Stop the hypocrisy.
D'Faro travel off peak season from January to june
Hey, would you say you could live on an ordinary Ghanaian salary living in Accra, running a car with children. Say like £300 a month?
I don't known what wrong with that guy I just gave her compliment and he talking about killing me
One thousand pounds a week/month/year???
Wow, thought about going to visit or live, but after watching this video I realize America has spoiled me and I'd rather not leave! Doesn't seem like I'm missing much. We've got to do better advertising Africa all together because most western ideals, even mainstream media, makes it a place somewhat undesirable.
You have to come and see it for yourself first, try a holiday.
Ok, I will do that! Thanks!
Hello do you know of the current rate of purchasing land? If so would you have any information building a self sustaining home? Thanx in advance
Unfortunately there is no system to pricing land here, it all comes down to area and the price the person wants to sell for.
OHHH I think you are very attractive and your skin is like SMOOTH MOCHA!
Loser
hello! your Video is cool, about the internet I will suggest that you try Glow their internet service is very good have a wonderful time in Ghana.
3 t0 5 days to download a film?? i hope by now it has improved that is so funny that will teach me patience
Haha it’s much much better now. It was a complete nightmare back then.
I'm supposed to see that they have internet there.. I got a friend who's going there.. would his phone work there? phone from us.
Oh! I forgot to ask Ghana Girl.
When talking about taxi drivers wanting "something". Then you said something like "take that however you want".
Wth?! That didn't sound right! Or did it?
Forgive me but I got the impression of a "happy ending" or something..
Steven Wheat I think she meant money. If you have extra money to give to people or in some cases bribe lol, you will achieve a lot in Ghana.
what do you mean by cities?? or cost as much as 3-5 cities??
thank you! interesting video!
Sorry, it may be my accent i mean Cedis which is the currency in Ghana.
Natural Ghana Girl oh, okayyyy thank you lol!!
Natural Ghana Girl how much is that in american currency?
+Denise Howard Currently $1 is 4.28 cedis
a thousand pounds is about 2000 in american currency????
what is the pounds ( money) equal to verses the US dollar?
