Thank you so much. My husband is from Kumasi and hasnt been home in 15 years. We are in America. We are planning to move there as soon as January to finish building our house. I really needed someone who has updated info especially the websites for renting while we build! Thank you💜💜💜
you are welcome :)
$uccessfully$imone' Kumasi is a lot cheaper than Accra. I'll recommend that you ship a barrel/box to Ghana. As some exported goods are expensive or even hard to find.

Dwayne Terry I don’t know where you are getting your information but many if not most people of color who visit Africa would disagree, better than treatment of blacks in many parts of USA. Have you ever actually visited Ghana or other African cities?
Cookie Monster I am not AFRICAN.. My ancestors are Indigenous peoples. Apparently you didn't know that there were black Dark skin people already here when the Europeans came.
Cookie Monster Also In case you didn't know.MOORS are black and their ancestors showed Europeans How to get to America. Also African people don't like black Americans
Dwayne Terry you are welcome to use reverse psychology versus answering the question however it really shows that you are pulling your opinion on little to no factual information. Thank you for your response.
Cookie Monster WTF? I said that I am Indigenous. Do you know what Indigenous means?
Average income in Toronto Canada is $1800, 1 bedroom apartment $1200, Transportation (bus) $150, grocery $200 (individual), internet and cable $120, phone $40-60 minimum. Take into consideration credit card bills, prescription, etc and you’re in debt the rest of your life. This makes Living in Ghana heaven on earth.
Thank you for being an African queen With natural hair and no make up I love women with natural everything
Thank you for looking like a real black Woman with real hair ! Keep it real Queen!
My God! Were the only group who focuses on hair so much😥. Others focus on education and finance, not us, our men mainly care about our hair. Silly
@@sandrasteele976 wow that's very hyperbolic. The man gave her a nice complement. He wasn't trying to turn her appearance into a political statement.
@@EdTowel-ww7yh this is a sentiment spouted across all social media and other blk platforms. There is a difference in how I'm treated depending on if I wear wigs or my own hair. There was a law passed to allow dreadlocks on certain jobs in the U.S. (yes they were actually illegal and people were force to cut them until recently..school children have even been suspended because of thier hair) Note he said 'real woman', she is alive so she is 'real'. He means blk nationalist/pro blk..They use our hair to validate or invalidate our existence. It is becoming a political statement, just as the afro of the 70's. You are not a blk woman, you don't understand it for what it is, and attempting to become. These people still think hairstlye is a political statement. But the idea is outdated, and does nothing for true progress in this new age.

Thank you for this information. We pay 1200 USD a month to rent from a friend of ours. If we were renting from a person we don't know, we'd be paying 3600 USD per month. So, to pay one year of rent up front, LOL, that would be a BLESSING!!!
Thank you for this video. My most recent experience with Internet in Accra has been with MTN. Their most reasonable offer is a 200 gig package at 2 Cedi per gig for 35 days. If you don't use it all the additional data roles over when you buy your next package which has to continue to be the 200 gig package at 399 Cedi. That comes to about $94 at today's rate. If it lasts all month that will be less than I pay in the US for unlimited internet. So far, browsing and watching Netflix is good with no data lockups.
Willie Chaney I see you in lots of Ghana videos. Lol
Thank you. Your comment motivated me to start my own channel
you could have subscribed to Busy 4G or Surfline. They offer the best internet service right now
tried both didnt work out for me. I must say that surfline is the better choice though. Thats what i used. but stillll :(
Awesome I'm also using Jumia to find a house I'm aiming for an apartment first. Then focusing on getting a house. Thank you for this information.
u are welcome :)
Adedè can you tell me how much are homes in Ghana and what is the difference between Ghana & Nigeria (south not north)? Thank you. I am in America but I want to visit Africa but I do not know where to start because later I want to come and live in Africa once I tie up my loose ends in America. Which has been foreign to us forever! I want to come home. I know I belong there.
Hey love how did it go ?
For internet, try Surfline. I used it last year when I was in Ghana and it was really good.
thats what i used too. but wasn't that good, it was better than the rest though.
you really gave no prices..... just it can be cheap or it can be expensive... like a weatherman..... it may rain or it may not
Georgene Beals every price isn't the same
But better to give prices at the time video was made and use only cedis. There is not such inflation as it was in Zimbabwe... 😀
😂😂😂
The truth is....IDGAF what it costs. My peace and sanity is worth whatever it costs to live there! 😊 But I am very serious. I just need to get there. I will figure out the rest on e I touch down.
Thanks a lot dister!
Actually, I am planning to leave Belgium and start my life in Ghana, the most6 promising african country! Keep informing, pls....
Well spoken and information to everyone thanks for sharing and stay bless 🙏
Sweetie, this video could've been done in 5-7 minutes. Dive into the specifics. Wishing you all the best.
Brilliant Sis I n Ghana is proud of u...
o
thank you :)
We pay that much just to move into a place...Plus monthly payment $1000.00 in the trashed style communities $2000.00 in okay community...$4000.00 just to move in...
Sis, I absolutely love you!!! You have great videos!!! I also adore your personality. When I go to Ghana, I want to get together with you, God willing!🙏
Your very Beautiful! I really enjoyed the information.
Thanks for this info. I was aware of some of the costs considering my husband lives in Tema. But didn't consider the other small costs...Do you know any companies that hire expats?
off the top of my head Zoomlion, schlumberger, Coca Cola, some banks hire Ghanaian returnees (or Ghanaians who have naturalized elsewhere) with foreign experience. Usually it's a combination of the education and the experience. If not a Ghanaian usually Organizations like the UN and it's agencies, sightsavers, care international etc.
Wow what a beautiful lady with great brain. thx for your show. We love u
i hear the internet has gotten better in the past year. Can you tell me if there is any truth to this? Thanks!
BachBeats: way way better...came back from there two months ago
@adede;they don't have a hospital plan that u pay ,say 50$ per month and u get insurance card and use when needed and how much is satalite for tv there.
eastcoastbrotha there use to be an insurance plan , but it work for sometime and then it started messing up due to new precedent etc...
i am nit sure about satellite tv, i dont use television when i am in Ghana
Hi
just read your msg and think i can help some how in the Answers to ur questions, in terms of health insurance there is but doesnt seem to exist reasons are is not really as in abroad where ur health insurance covers almost everything, in Ghana if u really want to pay and qualify u can but then it doesn't cover every little health cost plus it delays u of being treated in time and u dont get value for money as u rather end up getting cheaper medication instead of the right medication as those are a little expansive and health insurance doesn't covers them.plus with satellite tv we dont in Ghana but we do that decoders which is more like satellite but doesnt give u more info about abroad and is mainly local stuff u can watch on, there isnt enough though.
it's hard to get jobs sometomes too...even with a degree
I want to build a house in Ghana though
yeah thats true. Do u live in ghana?
Adedè sort of Im half in the US and half in Ghana. My Dad, family (on his side), and fiancé live there . I go twice a year and stay about a month and a half. but Im trying to go to a university there to get my bachelors in Business Administration...p.s Im half Ghanaian lol
And shipping costs how much to ship and send in postal service.
Good video, great advice.
I love all your ghana videos
thank you
Surprise that anyone would pay 2 years rent ahead! Why not have credit bureaus or referances? So if I find a place that is 800 a month I have to pay $19,200.00 USD to move in? I guess I'd have to buy a house instead. That is strange to say the least.
Wow that beautiful radiant skin😍😍😍😍
You are a beautiful, beautiful African sister. Oh My God!!!! I just love, love, love, your accent. I love your beautiful Black Skin!!!! You are an African Queen!!!💋❤️💋❤️💋❤️💋💕💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓💓
Thank You so much for responding to my question. Love You Girlll
you are welcome :)
Thank you that was very helpful 👌🏾
good to know ;)
Very helpful Thanks!
Africa as a whole need to fix those system especially living and health care maybe in the near future whenever start that may bring down those expenses.
Try ordering a Internet box or something
They don't seem to be considering the people who are trying to come back home, a lot of us can't afford those prices. It's cheaper here in some places but I just don't like it here anymore. Why don't they give us land to start communities so more can come back and be productive citizens there.
I love it...
What are euros and pounds? Is that for london people. Im and american and we use dollars and cents im sorry but i jus dont know what 2000 euros equal please explain im thinking they amount to the same as US money?? But i think im wrong in a sense? Pls help me understand.
Zibby Williams you can Google it. 1000 pounds is about 1300usd.
miraid06 thanks
Great vídeo. Please i Saw anexo Apartment in Jumia they Said is 22,000 cedis but didnt write If yearly or that a month

Adedè thanks dear. Will check that.
Still enjoying your vídeos
Adedè can you please give in terms of USD?? Thanks
I would like to no about contractors that build homes how much for materials. And are the modern homes
Of course there are modern homes
Depending where you want build but if it is in the western, central I can help you without cost. I am a Ghanaian currently studying in South Africa (PhD). I luv my country and wouldn't want negatives about.
My Nzema honey Akasi study as a nurse n work after her school
Lol living with family can be very expensive! People tend to expect you to feed the whole family and solve all their problems. Beware!
yes you are right..i tried that in 2016 but i ended up going to a hotel after about a week because i just couldn't any more.
Serwah Aboagye= That is part of our African culture "right and wrong, good and bad" are cultural universals... Who you are as a human being, your family, and your culture all play a role in shaping your ethical standards......I'm originally from Ethiopia, . live in the United States.
That's what we MEN DO!. I mean its a team effort though.
BUT THE INFO WAS VERY USEFUL.
Thinking about retiring to Ghana.
but, must say I am planning to do visits to Ghana. I wrote your husband's email address down, and look forwarded to asking him & you questions and moving on from there
Comparing the two surf line's biggest bundle is 100 gig for 399 Cedi that you get 90 days to use. MTN's biggest bundle is 200 gig for 399 Cedi that you get 35 days to use with unused data rolling over to the next month, which for me would be like 1 month unlimited at a reasonable cost. Surfline unlimited anytime is actually limited to 75 gig then you are decelerated to a very low speed data rate for the duration of the 30 day bundle period. The Surfline unlimited nights starts at midnight to 6am!
I think I met you in Amsterdam before
That’s my jam girl
You can live in Canada for that! Best country in the world!
how is life in canada
Life is good
Also how bad is corruotion and who are doing the corruption
Africa become expensive since diaspora started to go back I don't know why .
LA AMISTAD? PLEASE WATCH LA AMISTAD. BEFORE ANY OF YOU DECIDE TO GO
Lol pay for needle separately and pay for thread separately in a government hospital 🏥 😱🤦🏽
Adele you are so gorgeous.
Are you Senegalese? you look like Aicha Kole when she was young
I don't get how it is so expensive to live in Ghana compared to some where like Vietnam. Vietnam rent is like $400 to $600 U.S. dollars a month...and when you pay as much as $600 you live lavish. Food is cheap, too. You can get a nice plate for like 7 U.S. dollars. internet is cheap; I think it's like 20 dollars a month for high speed internet...lol I just don't get how Vietnam is also a 3rd world country like Ghana
and yet Ghana is like hella expensive to live in...and Vietnam is much more developed...lol I'm fenna go live in Vietnam...lol
Corruption my friend. Corruption. Politicians aren't going to let the free market work without taking a cut for themselves. That extra expense is passed on to customers. It's that poisonous culture that's holding Africa back from major development .
It's very expensive here
Lol...u mean those of us spend 100€ every month?...hell no
Less than 1000
Why is dat people are becoming interested in our country
does it say what cost? and there is any sum mension....joke...
You gave me no cost just linked me to someone slse
Andy Barnes I can help you out
$100 a month?? Is that the truth?
Coconut beach Grover
boring video with no information!
I thought she was american then she started speaking
Chris Antomattei Slavery is the Cause For Your Confusion ,Sir
So?
you keep saying euros, thanks, but can you say how much in american money..thanks again
marty mart google is your friend, there are currency converters online. It's impossible to convert money into everyone's country currency. Viewers are from around the world. It would be too time consuming to due the conversions for everyone
Should say always cedi because currency rates do change. She said that 70 cedi is about 15 euros but today just about 13,6 euros.
And in my knowledge dollars are more common used than euros, at least all real estate prices are cedis or dollars
tapsulinka, the information she is providing is an estimation not exact. How about taking the estimates and putting your brain to work??? She cannot give you “food”, avail you a fork and also put it on your mouth.
She’s not from the US. Stop being the stereotypical American. Lol
@@BJ-fr5ls lol fr .american privilege
Why haven't African people ever reached out to us in the past 💯 years
Same vice versa
Stop generalizing Africans dumb ass
Thanks for the information
