In this lesson, learn how to play Muddy Waters, "I Can't Be Satisfied". This guitar lesson works on both acoustic and electric guitar. - Навчання та стиль
You mentioned that this can be played on an acoustic guitar too. I've heard that done. On the day in 1969 when I met Muddy Waters, white blues guitarist Gordon Smith was there too. He started playing it and Muddy started singing! Magic!
Mate, your lessons are brilliant. I've been watching them for a while now and I'm a huge fan. Just wanted to say thanks!! Jack, NZ
Great stuff Brian...so much more than just strings and frets. Love your lessons and the whole cover thing is amazing.
Great tutorial. Excellent teacher. Long live Muddy Waters!
Very well done ... Plain simple and practicle
One of your older lessons I just found. Thank you for the great lesson. Inspiring.
I can now play this amazing song thanks to You, Brian!

Corresponding your tutorials to Spotify playlists is brilliant!
Just subscribed like the way you explain hopefully I'll have this down in a couple of weeks, old guy just learning guitar
Great lesson!
Thanks this was super helpfull and authentic sounding muddy!
Thanks man. Need a lot of practice to nail it.
Thank you for this lesson, I was trying to play it with the standard tuning, but it didn't sound good..yours is the right way.
best lesson ever
Good lesson of classic tune ! Thnx! Just the right amount of talk, explanation IMHO + no whacktastik theme music to sit thru haha!
Glad you're doing open G slide. Wonderful. Do slide players raise the action action a small amount? Or is it just a personal thing as far as tone and buzz?
nice one Brian albeit a year behind. Ive tried slide before without success, just gotta stick with it. H
Lesson starts at 3:33
This is great - I love Open G tuning as you know. Are you planning to put these up on the main site with tabs and/or soundslice?
Not at the moment - just going to keep them here, and plug them on the ActiveMelody Facebook and Twitter channels
cool
What about if im using a thumb pick?
Love this how about a lesson on how Muddy played songs like Garbage Man, County Jail ect.

Mna I have tryed slide alot still cant get it yet.
Open A is the original tuning, but it's the same (1 up)
cant find this lesson on active melody.....
Same here
@@SteveBell1967 It s still a great site. I got my membership not so long ago. Love that blues.....some Burnside would be nice too.... :)
What key is the song actually in?
g
This settles it, I'm getting a slide.
Have you considered any Carlos Santana?
Can't see your picking fingers!
His vibrato, and you've come close, sounds a lot like the sound of his voice when he would shake his head, let his jowls wiggle, when he was singing.
Are you saying it's wrong to play muddy waters muddled? That's pretty ironic.
Great only too long and too many details .Anyone who plays slide knows about muting etc.
merci beaucoup super expliqué
Too much talking
