This is a very nice yet very expensive community. My baby girl brought a brand new condo that is across from the townhomes. She has a view of the water, and the condos are very spacious as well.
It's amazing how people complain about price, yet have no desire 2 live in the area. Elevators r not common 4 townhomes. Simple fix, team with an engineer & determine the possibility of adding 1. U can pick the perfect elevator 4 ur needs n the best location of the home.
It's a beautiful home and the staging was stellar!! Sadly, too many levels and stairs (and I love stairs), plus for the price, I'd need no neighbors and acreage.🤣 Thanks for a great tour.
If this is the community that I think this home is located in, a mortgage of 6k/mo and a $402 monthly HOA fee is a lot to ask for a place where your guests have nowhere to park and there's always bumper to bumper traffic going and coming. As others have commented, no elevator and tons of stairs makes this a young uber professional's kind of choice. Unless there are lots of doctors and dentist offices nearby, I can't see why any middle aged or retired person with money would ever want to live in a community like this. This missing elevator is a huge missed opportunity.
@nativenewyorker2490 pretty sure that my rant suggests that it's not for me but I never said it wasn't nice. It's definitely that. However, the audience for this kind of property might be unnecessarily limited because of the opportunities missed.
Omg, great home. But my question to you is are we related because it’s very rare I hear the last name same as mines. If so we definitely need to chat. I have a couple of questions for you also.

@@TMYPiscesSunandMoonRising5548. I’m sure she’s loving her home! It’s a beautiful area
Congratulations to her 🎉
Beautiful home and you’re showing the home perfectly

Great tour and home. Some of these units could use an elevator for those who need/want accessibility or are seniors who can enjoy this luxury.
That's a fair request. I would love to see an elevator in these homes
Very nice

Very nice but too many stairs for the 50+ folks
Absolutely stunning! I wish my city had such beautiful places!
Beautiful Showing!

Beautiful home!
The third floor is amazing but when you have kids, you need all the rooms on the same floor
I don’t want to be w them. Girl whyyyyy 😩😩😩
@ I’m cackling 😂😂 mine are 6, 2 and 6 months.
Nice! Price is Pricing 😅
Great place to live if you like to gamble as the MGM casino is right next door😂😂😂

No elevator?
I really like it but that price is not right. $500,000 maybe
I appreciate the sentiment but the market supports the price
$500K is doable in Bowie and Upper Marlboro area, which are also very nice neighborhoods.
It’s shocking to ask that much money in a county with a lousy school system.
The homeowners may not need the school system at all. Sure that's important to some like yourself but others have a choice to go private.
@ most do. That’s what sells homes fastest.
Is this new construction or pre-owned? Thanks
The model shown is new construction. There are both new construction and resale available in the community though.
This is nice but you’d need a household income of over $300k to comfortably afford this. . . for a townhouse. It’s a no for me.
Wow,for that price it needs an elevator! Too many steps-
Fair request
The third floor is everything, too expensive!
Not expensive by DMV standards. In McLean or Bethesda or Arlington, a place this place and this size would be twice this price!
@mikeyt3009 I'm can get more bang for my bucks elsewhere
@@mikeyt3009 Bingo! This is a great value for the area
Love the 3rd floor as well
@@micheal6901Aren't options gr8?
The only view you're seeing is more homes in your face.
Not crazy about the layout of this place.
For that price I’d want a 5 bedroom, 3 bedroom, single family house. Clearly my dreams are just dreams in 2025 😅
@@WaveManMike we can find you something for that price in the county. It’s not impossible
*It’s ONLY expensive if it’s out of your price range.*
@@kLiMaTiCx this is facts… to some this is a great price. Perspective is everything
Tub in the shower!?! Really. Way too many steps. Have to wear a track suit at home 🤦🏾♂️
Need a elevator
Beautiful home!
