This was the whole point why I decide to make the channel (to reach people who know nothing or very little about Bulgaria)
By the way I would recommend you a place, named "Гюрлата" (Gyurlata), they make good "shkembe chorba" and it's a very popular place in Varna. Not sure if it's still exists, I think it's there.
Yes it I do know the place, there is two (maybe three in the city) Two for sure as i have been to 2 of them. Good home cooked food. They are always fun with workers at lunch times
@@ATasteofBulgaria If you want a tour of Sliven in July, I'll be there most of the month. But I haven't been back to BG in 6 years, so I'll need a bit of time to find the best places for food and drink. I will definitely do a seaside stop with my boys, we just haven't decided where yet.

That’s very much…though I still have a long way to go, especially in the pronunciation. Having my Northern British accent makes it even more trickier
I never been to Bulgaria so I haven't taste any of their foods but I can already see how delicious those are.
