I hate mixing friends because of having to constantly work so hard to bring them together and both them feel comfortable with each other. It's too much. I think it's because each of my friends is for a specific category. Mixing them up will mean mixing personalities.
I just invite all of my friends depending on the occasion, like a birthday dinner. If they mesh, they mesh. If they don't, they don't. Works out well for the most part.

The best thing you did for your teeth Lydia, l hate that l love coffee and blame it on having kids but it’s not. Its the taste l love. It’s stains the teeth. That struggle mentality is the worst. I LOVE concerts but not many artists are worth seeing live in my book. I attend about 3-4 a year......and alone 🤣 I meet really cool people each time. I spot the exits just for caution then let the fun begin! I never worry because the artists I see have zero chances of shootings at the venues.
