Hey, this is great. I've been drawing my whole life but I still head back to basics once in awhile. Its good practice. The stronger your foundation, the stronger the house! Both my 9 year old and I enjoyed this video. You rock man!
Glad I found this. I play Pathfinder every week and a song I heard got me the idea to draw our entire party in the anime style...problem is, I'm not good at drawing...like at all. Never really practiced it. I had considered asking someone, but I really want to learn this myself. This is going to be interesting. I let the playlist run while I was at work, but I'm pretty much going to be practicing with this tutorial and using references to try and get faces down first. Once I feel confident enough in that, I'll move on to the other videos on the list. It's nerve wracking and my first attempt is definitely abysmal (KIND of resembles Zuko from Avatar), but I'll keep going! Thanks for this, Whyt!
good video i've been following ur stuff since a very long time also i think a good video idea would be about ink exercises that can be helpful to become better at inking cause im still struggling with this . other than that maybe about drawing buildings u do have some background videos but maybe make more of those too ...and keep up the good work your manga is really well done and have good story cheers for that.

Your update tutorial videos are like Dragonball Z Kai and I love it. As for updated tutorials, skin color with both Copic and Spectrum pens, dynamic and action poses, backgrounds such as buildings in 1 point, 2 point, and 3 point perspective, folds and wrinkles on clothes, and types of eyes.
This is a good start to try and follow, more detailed videos will come, here I'm allowing for you guys to have a few liberties on how to draw these since everyone has different way of drawing things like ears etc.
BARDOCK BARDOCK the chin is at the bottom of the head at the end of the line he created in the centre of the head and the ears start were the eyebrows r. He explains it in the vid very well u should also watch vids about how to do side heads to learn the placement of things such as ears
@@watchinnow535 Genius. Where does the fucking line end, how long is it? And if YOU watched the video correctly, you would know that he actually drew the chin BEFORE the line. Man, talented artistst really can't think their creative brains into other untalented people's position who don't just know how everything "kinda looks like" by intuition.
@@BlackCroLong Just follow the video and try and mimic what he does. It doesn't have to be perfect but just keep practicing. There aren't any measurements if that's what you're asking. Just try and make it look like what you want. If you still don't understand, watch other videos and maybe look on Pinterest, there are plenty of tutorials that can help you out. But if you are looking for guidance, best if you ask politely instead of getting triggered and ranting. We are all here to help.
@@frytoes I'm in the same situation as you. I'm not really going for the realistic art style, but i'm sure learning human anatomy will give a bigger perspective on body proportions and all that good stuff.

hey, i know this is gonna be unrelated a bit, but watching this video kinda helped with my mental issues. after i realized how i couldn't draw at all i started yelling at myself for how bad i am at everything, and just let it all out. it took a lot of stress out of my system and was one of my most emotional times ever. instead of building up my insecurities i just let them all out, i've never felt this relaxed before in my life. while i still don't know how to draw, i do know that just expressing my emotions helps with my insecurities, even if it's just me yelling in an empty room at 3 am
Your vids have been a great help when it comes to making my own manga/webcomics,only problem left is that most of my characters are similar in design to my favourite hxh,naruto characters(personality and design)
