This property is one of the most beautifully done that I am shocked to say that I have ever seen. The quality, thoughtfulness, how easily the house flows, the use of space.. This house makes me want to scream a battle cry. There are not too many people taht would not find their needs met in this home. The ONLY thing that I would say is that there should have been more room given for the screen in the theater room but that can be done by the purchaser. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home

What an amazing house. It is crazy at the influx of contemporary homes being built in the McAllen area. Who would have ever thought about placing them there. I wonder if it is the close proximity to such a beautiful place as South Padre, but far enough inland that McAllen provides a safe area further away from where hurricanes and tropical storms make landfall. I am looking forward to your podcast to providing insight into the business world due to God blessing my wife and I staring an design company providing home plans to architectural firms, builders and individuals. Beautiful exterior but the interior design with all of the dark grays and textures just don't do it for me. It won't age well, and if I were to buy this house, it would have to be updated, especially that master bedroom and that weird workspace room with the long desk. Over all, it is a lot of house with a gorgeous exterior and backyard.

The price at $2.5M seems great for someone like me on the West Coast, but that 2.47% property tax means over $5k per month in property taxes!
