my RNG sucks so much lol, gold gear took me a very long time. The game has added a ton of things that will definitely help new players, if I stayed consistent and still played daily after 2021 I probably would have t5 and much better gear. I just lost interest in the game. Getting t4 within the first 15 months of the games life will be my best accomplishment in game. (first t4 f2p if im not mistaken)
the new players will never understand how legendary Brando was especially for Lords Mobile back then , i found his channel in late 2017 and started playing the game i really enjoyed his content i enjoyed it so much that my first account was F2P , i was kinda sad when i returned to lords mobile just to find the OGs quit the game like Brandon and sneakytashi :D
The fact that brando played for so long and even his familiars are not maxed out shows how dedicated he was. As a f2p you can definitely lead during arena, some player rallies or even wow in rather dead kingdoms but you need to squeeze everything game has to offer, he was far from it. Sticked to big p2p war guild and complained he can't do a thing...

I started playing Lords around the time you started making youtube content of Lords and it cought my eye. That means I watch you from the start basically :D. Everything I know about this game is thx to you and your videos. Ive been a F2P for a long time and even before switching to low P2P i had better gear and stuff than Brando. Yes Watcher and Chaos are F2P obtainable heroes. Its a slow process but its worth the fun. Yes im addicted and some of the updates suck but its still playable for F2P... Time + Effort + Saving = Results :)
I think part of Brando downfall was also due to CaE changes. also he started playing sooner, for example getting embers its easier now then it was 3-4 years ago. I remember Brando planned to unlock T5 F2P, but being in war guild is good and bad. you need to spend on troops, and you see much more how is everyone leaving you behind. its different when you are in dead kingdom focused guild and an focus on event, totally diffeernt, when you have to compete in wows/baron
almost 2 years free to play , purple set except the cups and some pieces closing to yellow , i started this game knowing nothing about it , i think the big challenge are the tomes and after that there the things that are pay to win like heroes and stuff
My gear looks exactly like Langer's. Brando could have done it too especially because he was in big active Guild. I unlocked 2 of the 600% fams. I could have gotten T5, I've done all the research except for the troops, but I did advance wonder research for the extra stats.
@langer6969 I will wait dude don't worry I m at k 1635 now I think I joined the game from k 900 I learned alot from you but I suck at war hope you help me to tell what to do about that but I think now unlocking t4 is becoming easier we got 250k at starting if the same 50 k + all the guild expenditure on this one I think k 1695 or like newly getting 300k to 400k from doing some events basic event which could be done by some experience player or player who done there quest with little money I started the account in September this year I am a about to unlock t4 in mid January So I think your time period is becoming shorter than that
Goal of the game is to have fun... We don't need to stay competitive at high end or max everything to enjoy it... Many people enjoy without even gold gears... I see brando as crybaby, always complaining about updates being p2p... If he can't enjoy something or can't afford something then he should just not bother with it... He keeps giving negativity to everyone... Even the ones enjoying the game, start questioning themselves Coz of his negativity Guys, always remember... You don't need to catchup with all the updates... You don't need to be in rich p2p titan guilds... All you need is an active guild and some good friends to enjoy the game and have some fun time, away from your hard life
I mean if you started a game where you at least stood a chance to play and compete at a high level with time dedication and smart/conservative gameplay to become what it now is. you would probably also complain just as much or more.
The game changed massively since 7 years. If he talks about shit p2p updates. Igg deserves it. Game became less fun overall because of such updates even if you are in active guild with friends. Someone complaining about the bad things happening in game does not make him crybaby.
Enjoy what? Staying in shield? Farming? Waiting for another 40K tombs research tree? I mean one can definitely enjoy the game but at some point it becomes totally worthless coz you can't do much things all you can do is wait for years to get materials, you're all done as f2p there's nothing other than login, event, shield. This game is about competitive play since the first day so most of players will play it in such way to enjoy. Also recent updates were ridiculous no doubt.

Agree, quitting slowly and without anything sucks, brando and ave is my fav lm legenda. I really felt bad wheb they left the game

He may not have purchased packs, but the gifts he would have gotten in a missive war guild helps. Surly he was gifted as well from other players
gifted maybe 2-3 months worth of speeds in my entire playtime.
