With that said wtf....I've been spending upward of a thousand plus each month for past couple years to blow through research and grow into almost full champ castle so I can compete somewhat with bigger guilds and now this. This is an absolute slap in the face to f2p players, all those who can afford one pack to maybe a few packs a month or even those willing to spend more like myself to try and catch up and fight/hold/have fun against the big boys. I have already been telling people don't start this game. I love this game and am seriously invested but I will have to seriously consider if I will just quit and let it all go or continue. I seriously hope this update makes them lose a dramatic amount of $ so maybe they would reconsider their current and future decision making in trying bend over every player in the game. Igg has always been full of greed but this has taken it to an unseen level.
I left this game 5 years ago for the reason you are complaining about, and from what I see they never reconsidered their decision, they even just released a new game Doomsday with the same mechanics.😅

I mean, even though it basically makes no difference I generally appreciate the thought that you can place the buildings however you want but the turf feels way too huge and too empty now. The same update with the grid just being over the turf area we have currently would've been a lot better

Instead of making game simple they made complicated if you want to solo trapping you have to eather heal only or changing phalanx because Now it takes a lot of time to do both on same time

I left this game month ago, I had 2 f2ps t5 castles with over 40m troops in each. I attacked random players in guild expedition and sent all the troops in hospitals and then deleted it 1800 consecutive logins lost :)
1:50 if people can enter in you're turf then they can also see how many hospitals you got if someone don't have any hospital then that will be bad for the player whose shield is dropped, player's can understand he is training troops or baiting. igg can allow us to only see that smalll field where we an see those trees etc..

I'm familiar with this type of things, it's available in state of survival and it's called plasma lvl, we started with plasma lvl 3 and now they're at plasma lvl 15 for building (or even more I quit 2 years ago) this is just the beginning, they'll add more lvls whenever they're down for money

Hello to put it simply, they added a prestige level, how to do it a long time ago in clash of kings, if anyone knows because he played that game, it was screwed because even if you have a castle without these new levels and 5 troops and they have 5 in prestige level 6, it's the same thing under a different name they are much stronger

I think if they increase the number of resource buildings to 10 of each for the in game quest line it would be a good update but they didn't.. You can literally fit all the buildings in two or 3 locations the rest of the space is wasted 😅
This update is just redicules.... the pimp my castle is a descrase asnd as a very casual spender still trying to get to t5 the extra buildings and research with t6 un the pipe line im realy thinking of sacking all 3 of my accounts off. Its refreshing seeing huge players being anoyed too, many are boycoting puting money into the game. It might make much of a difference due to igg bribing players with gems to leave a review but i urge everyone to give the game 1 star on the play store.

I say EVERYONE don't do the mana and ask for a fun change not a workhorse like my current job. it supposed to be a GAME and have fun but greed is destroying this game, I'm at 60% of calling this game quits. PS This update is saying FUK F2P players which is completely against having fun with this game.
There are a lot of other ways to get the mana crystal, for example inside some limited time shop you could get 500 crystal for only 100 gems etc. They are also included in a lot of other events, I am a noob player and I already have like 700 of these mana crystals, so it isn't that hard actually to get them. As far as how much more powerful the troops will become, it basically says it in the upgrade area in some right tab or something, I believe in total when fully upgraded they end up 12% more powerful, which is fairly significant. As far as the turf decorations, yeah they are kind of useless, I wish each decoration had some kind of small buff or boost, otherwise there isn't much incentive to play around with that. As far as those prizes in the synthesis isle, yes they are horrible, honestly the prizes they give in that almost feels like some dev is actually trolling. I hope they fix that and make the prizes better, otherwise it is seriously absurd and unbalanced considering how much work you have to do in there to open a little chest. I would assume at some point eventually they will make T6 troops as well, but luckily the mana crystal boost will apply to them, since it applies to all troops, not just specific tiers of troops, so it's probably worth doing it overall. As far as the new layout, it's too spread out for my taste, so I just got the main buildings I always use and dragged them into the centre area and then I could just play as usual and ignore all the areas outside of the castle walls. I think it is wasted opportunity, since they expanded the size so much, they should have at least expanded how many buildings you could build, even have those expanded build numbers as some upgrade that you have to unlock etc, that would be fine. But making the area so much bigger and just the same amount of buildings, it seems silly to me.

Synthesis Isle rewards are incredible. It takes 30~60 minutes to fill that meter up, and your reward is just two 10 minute speedups.

I think if they increase the number of resource buildings to 10 of each for the in game quest line it would be a good update but they didn't.. You can literally fit all the buildings in two or 3 locations the rest of the space is wasted 😅

This update is just redicules.... the pimp my castle is a descrase asnd as a very casual spender still trying to get to t5 the extra buildings and research with t6 un the pipe line im realy thinking of sacking all 3 of my accounts off. Its refreshing seeing huge players being anoyed too, many are boycoting puting money into the game. It might make much of a difference due to igg bribing players with gems to leave a review but i urge everyone to give the game 1 star on the play store.

There are a lot of complications with this update. Things will be more difficult, especially for the new player. Things will be very complicated.
this whole video was nothing but full sarcasm i love it. I say EVERYONE don't do the mana and ask for a fun change not a workhorse like my current job. it supposed to be a GAME and have fun but greed is destroying this game, I'm at 60% of calling this game quits. PS This update is saying FUK F2P players which is completely against having fun with this game.
There are a lot of other ways to get the mana crystal, for example inside some limited time shop you could get 500 crystal for only 100 gems etc. They are also included in a lot of other events, I am a noob player and I already have like 700 of these mana crystals, so it isn't that hard actually to get them.
As far as how much more powerful the troops will become, it basically says it in the upgrade area in some right tab or something, I believe in total when fully upgraded they end up 12% more powerful, which is fairly significant.
As far as the turf decorations, yeah they are kind of useless, I wish each decoration had some kind of small buff or boost, otherwise there isn't much incentive to play around with that. As far as those prizes in the synthesis isle, yes they are horrible, honestly the prizes they give in that almost feels like some dev is actually trolling. I hope they fix that and make the prizes better, otherwise it is seriously absurd and unbalanced considering how much work you have to do in there to open a little chest.
I would assume at some point eventually they will make T6 troops as well, but luckily the mana crystal boost will apply to them, since it applies to all troops, not just specific tiers of troops, so it's probably worth doing it overall.
As far as the new layout, it's too spread out for my taste, so I just got the main buildings I always use and dragged them into the centre area and then I could just play as usual and ignore all the areas outside of the castle walls. I think it is wasted opportunity, since they expanded the size so much, they should have at least expanded how many buildings you could build, even have those expanded build numbers as some upgrade that you have to unlock etc, that would be fine. But making the area so much bigger and just the same amount of buildings, it seems silly to me.
