This is very useful for Flight Sim enthusiasts to understand a bit of how this Airbus is designed to work.

C* algorithm to keep demanded G load. Unbelievable simple and good algorithm in same time. Just only three data sourced are needed (not including protections and load factor when banking). Demanded G load (from sidestick or autopilot), actual G load and pitch rate. Last two are used as negative feedback loop - same as in analog operational amplifiers. Beauty in simplicity.

I did the same thing! When I was about 6 years old, I fell in love with airplanes and my dad (an aircraft mechanic) encouraged me to learn more and more, which I couldn’t get enough of. That was 53 years ago. I went on to fly for the USAF and now for a commercial airline. My advise is to go for it! Let it be your dream and hobby. Never believe anyone who says you can’t do it. I’m 59, flying to Paris from Atlanta tonight and loving every minute of it.

What would happen in case of low pitch flying when he push stick all the way forward and reach minus 15 degrees but without higher speed. Would Airbus maintain minus 15 or increase angle of attack a little bit up to minus 10 for example?

I am writing a dissertation on airbus systems.

If say the aircraft is in normal law, is there any way where the pilots can deactivate all the computers and fly with direct law?

Yes, your first statement is correct, it is safer and more comfortable, until it goes wrong. The Airbus systems control the aircraft and can do everything that a pilot can do, maybe more. The pilots are system operators, who are in the cockpit for when things go wrong. The new generation of pilots lose basic skills over time and will, eventually, be unable to recover aircraft when things do not work as advertised. They often do not understand what the aircraft is doing and thinking. Airbus rating training often conflict with pilot basic training and certainly for my students (I am a simulator and rating Instructor and examiner) ) they get confused. Confusion leads to distraction and accidents and incidents, I am not a fan.
