I never buy Liberty insurance after I went through the ultimately shocking claim process for my broken windscreen. They cunningly set an unrealistic deadline after I replaced my windscreen, and required you to get all the documents done within a very very short time. If you’re salary earner , there’s no way that you’re able to fulfilled the claim process unless you apply emergency leave. I suspect they do this to deny any possible claim to the highest percentage. And there’re lots of testimonies of their roadside assistance line repeatedly fall on deaf ears or no able to reach at all. Buy at your own risk.
