I used to do the kind of shit you are doing with your Porsche on my first SC which I have since sold. I quickly realized these cars are best left alone. My second SC which I finally just got (thank God) is staying stock. Good luck with all the work.
@@WiksGarage that’s what I’m thinking. I have a buddy’s yellow one in the garage. I’m thinking of using that and having someone who knows how to weld aluminum fill in the holes!

If mine was in any kind of original shape I would have left it alone probably.. but it’s a mutt!
...the hardest thing to do is leave them alone
I just bought a 1979 911SC and legally need them for Delaware inspection. Do you still have the bumperettes? I’m looking to buy a pair….
CT
@@ctjoseph4530 I do and they are for sale
Price shipped to Delaware? I’m assuming they are in decent condition w/both lights working ??
What are you guys doing for rear bumpers?!
You can buy a second bumper and have the US bumper holes welded up. It's the only way to fly. Hang your original on the wall.

Get some replica one without the Holes. So you save Weight and it looks good.
I’ve been looking! Perhaps fiberglass. I did order the euro bumperettes
