USCIS received 484K H1B Registrations for H1B 2023 Lottery and they selected 127,600 H1B Registrations for FY 2023 Season. Based on the first lottery results, H1B filing process also started by USCIS.

How much time we have after RFE
My Son is working in a Technical Company since 6 years in S.Carolina, Greenville. The company has been filing his H1B every year but still its not yet been picked up!! He 8s 32 years ,we have to get him married, he cannot come to India because of this!! He is getting many marriage proposals too,but as he has yet to get his work permit, he is not answering to our questions 🙄, even the girls parents ask for his visa status..now he has finished his MBA and now started his PhD program too..please suggest what can be done to our problem here..
U can Ask him to move back to India and get married , if his H1 gets picked he can relocate .
