- Hello everyone! I have Turkish Chicken Recipe for you which is also called as Tavuk Sote in Turkish. It is also one of my favorite and very popular food in Turkey. You will see people cook very often. I think the reason is it is delicious, easy and ingredients are easy to find at home! I made this with rice.Doubled the amounts. Added; aubergine, chopped fresh Coriander, Cumin powder & a teeny bit of Cayenne to mine. Doubled the recipe. Thanks!

Ingredients kind of same but for Turkish people Menemen is just one specific food that made with egg tomato etc and this meal we call Tavuk Sote which is Chicken Sauté if i translate directly to English😌
