its incredibly motivating to see someone take the first step. I am on this app a lot but i rarely comment, but this video holds such a raw sincerity that i cant help but wanna be here for this journey. i really agree with the first comment here that you're doing this out of love to yourself and not hate. for me its not a withdrawal but i have been trying to lose weight so many times now and i didn't start losing until i did it out of love and care for myself rather than hate and disgust

Great video! Good luck on your journey! I relate to the sentiment that drugs make a person complacent and accepting of the meek, cold, and miserable life that is addiction. You deserve social, financial and economic mobility and you can do it!!!!

No matter the addiction, it sucks. Im just a nobody, but i'd still like to give some advice, just in case it helps, who knows.
Take it one step at a time, the emotions that come can feel overwhelming, but once you look at them and accept them as they are, they will lessen. Just remember to have sympathy for yourself. Nobody would talk trash to their friend who is having a hard time with a problem in their life, so why should you do that to yourself? Its really easy to make an enemy out of yourself. Its really hard to make a friend of yourself, to have compassion and sympathy for oneself. A garden might take ten years to grow, yet it will take an hour to burn. Love makes people strong, protecting is harder than destroying. You're doing this out of love for yourself and for the people around you, not because you're a bad person or you should hate yourself. The addict in you needs love to grow into something else, not bashing. People dont get addicted without a reason for it, im sure you know. Once you notice a problem, you have already started fixing it. By asking the question ''why did i use so much money into this?'' you've already started the way towards progress. You should be proud of making this video, and being honest to yourself about this situation. Making a video like this takes courage, much more courage than commenting something mean on a youtube video. Never look at yourself trough the eyes of people who hate you, keep your head up high brother.
Godspeed, i hope you will someday arrive into a present you'd like to inhabit. Great poster on your wall, btw.

Kratom is very different for me. I find the high is capped so there is nothing to chase. If i take too much I get woosey.
I had a history of percs and would always go back because my natural state just feels like shit now. Kratom just helps me with my sex drive and sleep and helps me get shit done like go to the gym. It's still not ideal to be addicted to something but it's about 100X better than the alternatives of suboxone or methadone.

My parents take Kratom to manage chronic pain and it works great for them :-) Completely support responsible use (as mentioned in post). Kratom started off as a miracle, but, like alcohol, I just couldn’t moderate. Awesome that it works well for you! Def better than abusing pharmaceuticals.
