Played yesterday. Tried a bunch of different weapons. The M4 and the Lachman sub seemed to do the best.
your Icarus build plus the FTAC Siege in the new resurgence map is my current go-to right now! Icarus has a fast TTK and can laser from a distance with barely any recoil
Try the Rapp H and it’s definitely not competitive I think it potentially can be absolute meta
I used it in Ashika and I loved it
I’ve been using this on and off for the last couple seasons, definitely a top tier gun

Damage per mag is going g to make a big difference
Rapp H has been my favorite pretty much since the beginning.
I just kept using my same Taq 56 and MX-9. Most of the time when they make these changes, I don't even notice the nerfs/buffs all that much.
Dropped a 14 kill game yesterday with the 556 icarus, Damm that one feels so smooth

Ha that's what I'm running L762 run like a sub basically ignores the health update.
And Taq V been slapping hard for a while it's vert recoil makes it a headshot machine.
@@kevinvandeventer8690 legit dude. I’ve been running these guns in plunder for the long shots and TAQ v is so fun to run. I also build my Lachmann 762 as a sub and I got a nasty clip with it. Took out a couple of shit talkers with a 30 round mag and when the dude saw what gun it was that killed him he was surprised.

HCR is absolutely amazing right now. You can run a 100 round mag and have it reload like an AR. Also literally has zero recoil. 2nd game on new map dropped 13 with it

eh, not really since neither do any more damage. Accuracy will be valued now so any control based attachments will be big

I have been using RAPP H. Seems good enough. The fire rate is a major factor imo.
I think TGD is up to date now and the Cronen still has the best average TTK between Lachmann 556, STB, M4, TAQ, Chimera all with high velocity and barrels to increase range/vel. Kills about 150ms faster than the M4 from 40m-80m. Up close they're all about the same up to about 18m except the Lachmann. Still too good to not use imo.

Great vid good job putting in the work. The channels really grown in the last year or two keep up the good work but I truly must say this 300hp is absolutely terrible. You are able to get yourself out of really bad stop spots due to the high ttk. It gives the player way more time to react it’s not going to solve WZ population problem I suspect it will have the opposite once the vondel excitement wears down. The M4 seems to be the meta AR some how it out performs the kastov pretty much every range due to its armour damages and then add the fire rates into the mix. If they want the 300 hp I believe they need to do some range buffs or my suggestion if they have a hard on for 300hp drop the armour max and min values get rid of that stat all together and even this out.

@@dh8526 I respectfully disagree,maybe for a newb player. If you get the jump on a player you should fry him. The TTK is better for trash untactical players because now you have more luck on your side.
It’s defiantly not a win for the majority of players who have played since the start.
It also destroyed almost all the weapons. The he M4 now hits better than the kastov at almost every range although the kastov has a much higher damage out put. Due to the sheilds new max and min damages the fire rate makes you burn thru their plates quicker which gives you an advantage over hard hitting rifles this is also why the M13 is one of the better guns now even though it’s one of the weakest ARs in the game with roughly avg 13 shots to kill.
Ya you can literally run around like a dummy rushing not checking corners or paying attention get jumped and still get out. Players shouldn’t be rewarded with bad decision making.
I promise this won’t increase the player count it will continue to dive. Most people were loosing interest already as the weapon balancing is a constant issue mostly because WarZone was built for BR 30-200M engagements. Now like before we add resurgence your fighting 20-60m gun fights now and we end up balancing weapons to fit resurgence because they’re dominate then it destroys the BR aspect.
The main focus should be BR always.

Any info on how the health update effects the sniper meta? Snipers were already pretty weak-only being able to 1 shot with the explosive rounds on certain guns. Thoughts?
If they were stronger they'd be the only choice tbh
The meta sniper is a two shot anyways. High velocity MCPR with the suppressor for range and a smooth bolt. You’ll hit two before they hit one almost every time.

The new barrel for the 74u is still locked for me even though I have the gun max level any ideas how I unlock it all it says is I need to get the gun to level 9

The new barrel attachment for the kastov 74u is bugged or some B.S I have the gun level maxed. And it's still showing the barrel attachment locked 🔒 lol saying I need to get it to level 9 to unlock 😂 and also a nother wierd one I had already had the Ftac siege akimbo attachments unlocked didn't need to get the 25 hip fier kills with it. Something going on here 🤔

I have been using a class with the Icarus and MP5 and it’s been pretty efficient for me
I was averaging like 10-15 kills a game now struggling to get like 5 kills shits whack. You start shooting people and they just run and hide. Feels like Apex now 1000 Hit Markers then your teammate steals your kill before the finish
I can fry with taq 56 but man there’s noticeable losses with health update.

I've gotta disagree with dropping the iso to competitive, been using it and its still good at range if you hit your shots. Yes it's slower but even with the nerfs it's still good.
It's great. I haven't had this much fun on a map and the guns seem all equally good. But the Razorback is the meta. It's 3 shot to the head. I've gotten more kills with that floor loot than I do with my load out.
I wish they left the ttk alone in my opinion it was fine to me.
Now people who got crazy movement skill is just going to be harder to kill 😂

M13 is absolute meta I’ve tested all the top ARs and it feels the most consistent and I’ve dropped multiple 10+ kills game in WZ with it
I've been hearing that the "health" buff to 150 is a game changer, but doesn't a "normal' 3 plate vest carry 150 of health...the Tempered vest carries 2 plates @ 75 each totaling 150. Am I confused or did this not get implemented in Season 3???

Idk what your talking about , the new iso 45 seems pretty meta for a smg to me I’ve been slaughtering at impressively long distances with it I can’t tell the difference from if it were an AR, beams at distances if your good enough to handle the recoil in my opinion !

Already given up on Resurgence. Connection is horrific and I know why. Because SBMM takes preference. Can play DMZ or Plunder and no issue. Literally insta death and packet burst on Resurgence. It's 2023 not 2003

I do a multiplayer one every single season and have since mw2019. I wont be doing one this season because the only thing that change was shotguns. I'll have a top 10 classes video up over the weekend

I never got my blueprint for the twitch drop. (The one that is in your thumbnail) even after the new update. It kinda sucks that I spent the time to watch and still didn’t get my rewards .

Surprised to see FTAC siege at competitive. Is this main hand or akimbo? I won't lie, I've had several fights where I've hit first and hit all head/neck shots with my mp5 and I've been fried. Totally, completely and definitively by the akimbo FTAC sieges only hip firing at me.
I don't use them but maybe the range and dmg dropoff is poor? I may run them this weekend. They checkmate the mp5 every single time in my experience.
single, but their close range TTK in the first damage range is pretty mediocre, they only start beating subs 1-1 in the mid range where they have far worse velocity

Based on your reply, maybe ill stick to the mp5 for allround better chance of a higher close range win ratio, especially with new map being more building-push focussed. Appreciate you dude.

Hoping today is a little less sweaty!! Yesterday my KD took a hit. Now that I have a KD that's not laughable for the first time ever I actually care and some days I just know better than to play. The new ISO smg is NOT meta! Lol I got beat down trying to use it yesterday. Idk something about it. It just doesn't feel great. You have the shotguns real low on the list immortal but yesterday I ran into a ton of KV's w/dragons breath and that damn fire shotgun ground loot not sure which one it is. Not the KV though and they are very good up close.

I'm really enjoying this new update it brought me back wz2 only complaint I have is ttk is either way to fast but for most part it's perfect but had some games fully plated and got 4 shot few times but besides that love the new map baby Verdansk too me

HCR should be in top tier maybe even in absolute meta cause of it ttk that is faster than cronen and because it's much easier to use than cronen and other lmg.
Also SO-14 should be in top tier because nobody knows about it but it's monster up close. TTK of SO-14 in semi auto upclose is better than mp5 or mp7 and it's faster than chimera and kastov 74u even. Of course only if you have good trigger finger.

Anyone check out the so-15? It'd got super faster ttk, easy control and solid at around 30-40 meters. I'm shredding mp with it, and was doing good in plunder. I will be trying it in wz when my friends get on tonight

Bryson 890 is better than the Broadside with a certain setup.. it deeeestroys. TAQ M is a little low on your list and it destroys. HCR is up there now. Your list looks a bit "off".
broadside can spam, thats the reason its usable. TAQ-M's fire rate is holding it back, and the HCR is one I said could easily jump up if an LMG Meta is actually accepted. Its been good for a while but people dont like slow weapons. May change now when they realize that DPM is king
@@WhosImmortal With single shot guns you want aim stability so fire rate isn't as important. You want accuracy. Try aim stability on a TAQ M and slow your shots down. You break 3 plates in 2 shots. I know you prefer run and gun so that's not your style. Auto fire or not, the Bryson 890 with the right setup wins if you land shots which isn't difficult since you'll be using it close quarters.
Again not your style of gun play. Just making an observation on your own list which I disagree with. Theres certain guns that deserve to be higher
