    Thank Kenhub so much about this video.
    6:44 I remember Flexion/Extension occurs on Sagittal Axis, and Adduction/Abduction occurs on Frontal Axis.
    Could you explain more about this details? I'm really appreciate your answer.

      She actually gave the wrong axis for flexion extension, abd and add

    • @Windhawk
      @Windhawk 4 роки тому +5

      Flexion and extension occur in the sagittal PLANE and adduction/abduction occur in the frontal PLANE. So she is correct, just referring to axes instead of planes.

    Although your descriptions of the movements that go into wrist circumduction are accurate, the graphic at 8:42 does not show wrist circumduction. It shows pronation/supination. Anyone confused about the difference can can enter "wrist circumduction" in UA-cam search.

    1400 years ago
    The Prophet Muhammad said:
    "Everyone has been created with three hundred and sixty Joints. Whoever mentions Allah's greatness (says Allahu Akbar), praises Allah, extols Allah, and seeks forgiveness from Allah and removes stones from the path of the people, enjoins what is good and forbids the evil to the amount of those three hundred and sixty joints (sulama), he walks on that Day (of Judgment) having distanced himself from the Hell fire."
    [Ref: Sahih Muslim 1007]
    And now that modern science admits that humans have 360 joints, how can a man who can't read and write say something that will be proven 1400 years later?
