@@ZillaBlitz All the other mods are working perfectly fine it's the main frosty winter mod thats not working and the error message tells me that I do not have enough storage with the cloud.
Aha! That makes sense, yes. So it sounds like your mods are running from the cloud (not sure why, but it's probably a Steam game setting somewhere), so yes, that will create problems with the winter mod. The author doesn't store it on the Steam workshop because it's too big, so if your game is trying to store the mod in the cloud, there definitely won't be enough space. Thanks for stopping in, and I'm sorry that you had issues. A small minority of comments mention this. I'm curious, are you running an ad blocker on your internet browser? I use an ad blocker so I've never had issues with the download site, but just to check things, I loaded the download site with my ad blocker turned off and it was a mess of ads and popup pages, basically dysfunctional. I suspect that people who are running into issues like this are people not using ad blockers. If you have a moment to answer, I'd appreciate it, as I'd like to guide people to good solutions.
In case it helps, the most common things to check in cases I've seen when it's not showing up: 1 - Make sure to not unpack or decompress the files you download. Just put them directly into your mods folder. 2 - Putting the files into the wrong folder. 3 - If your mod files are synced to the cloud, that will mess this up because the file is too large to store in the cloud. Make sure you're not syncing your mod files to the cloud. If those are all correct, the next thing to test would be to see if a mod from Steam works. Try subscribing to a mod in the Steam workshop and seeing if that works. That will tell you if it's a problem with this mod or a problem with all mods.
do not DOWNLOAD it. I was happy, hey, a new mod with cool effects. It's dark in the ass. Streets are not rendered, if you download the files, then you get malware on them. No wonder. Why you don't put something like that in the workshop is beyond me. No, instead you have to download the mod, which only works poorly, from a weird website. Windows Defender is in alarm mode for me because there are so many popups and two sides have tried to install something in the background. I have popup blockers etc. installed. But my goodness.
Two things... 1 - Thousands of people have installed his mods without problems. I tested the download link just now from his site and it worked fine. I don't know what you did to get malware on your computer, but this is not the source. The developer has been developing mods for ETS2 and ATS for years. His reputation is solid, his files are fine, and his download links are fine. 2 - As I mention in the video, you must make sure that the version of the mod that you download matches the current version of the game. Currently ATS and ETS2 are on 1.45. His mod is on 1.44. This means that the mod will not currently work until he updates it. If you try to install it now on version 1.45 you will get exactly the problems you describe. The mod developer updates the mod regularly, but sometimes it can take him a couple of weeks or longer if he is busy or there are a lot of changes that need to be made.

do not DOWNLOAD it.
1.44
Yep, 1.44 is out now, not sure if this needs to be updated again, but if it does I'm sure Grimes will get to it in short order. :)
