How I clean up watercolor illustrations in Procreate! 🖌️

  • Sometimes I like to do traditional painting instead of digital, and usually I want to turn the nice pieces into something I can use for art prints, stationery designs, or other purposes! So this video explains how I take my physical painting into Procreate to clean it up and repair any areas that are in need of a little TLC.
    I used a scanner to digitize the piece (Epson Ecotank 2400 built-in scanner) but you can also photograph it - I provided tips for that as well. Then I moved it to Procreate, adjusted the saturation, cleaned up the white areas, and used some different brushes to manually repair areas of the painting.
