I'm planning to go to Guatemala in the next two months. What you said is so true: Visiting other countries is inspiring and humbling. As you said, people aren't living like we are. I'll be watching your other videos as I plan my adventure. Great job!
There's many things that you can see for the first time in Guatemala but what our visitors remember the most is our friendliness, it is very common to hear Good morning or just a hi accompanied with a smile from total strangers unlike the States it doesn't mean they want something from you.
So glad you visited Guatemala. Antigua is pronounced differently than Antigua Barbuda. I think you get it! Lake Atitlàn is not the largest Lake in Guatemala, but the deepest. Also, cars can take you around the lake. The largest lake is Lake Izabal. On your next visit, go to Livingston, Izabal. Livingston is a small coastal town in Izabal, it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Guatemalan Caribbean. It is known for its white sand beaches and its vibrant Afro-descendent, Garífuna culture. If you return to Antigua, visit me. Well done! Thank you.
it looks so amazing I can't wait to go there and have fun!! I'm thankful you are having a wonderful trips!! And Aaron very true I want to be more thankful for all that God has Blessed us with here in th usa!!! AK for life!!! God Bless you Aaron & Kyra!!
Wow we've been ziplining but nothing like the bikes. Definitely agree that it'll be something to face your fears on. Sorry things didn't work out for paragliding. Hopefully yall get another chance to do it even if it has to be somewhere else.
Hello guys! I just subscribed and like and love ❤️ your Lake Atitlan video. How beautiful like a postcard. You are in the country of the eternal spring, Guatemala!
If you can choose, the best month for enjoying the landscape would be December, which is clear and cooler. You can also try our hotter months, march and april, which are also clear. June and july are rainy months all over the country. I personally love them, but they're not the best for landscape pictures.
Hey 🎉🎉🎉 Happy New Year!! You guys ha e found one of your callings. Im grateful you share a small snippet of your lives with us! Peace, Love, and Blessings.
Ahhh! Enjoyed this series, fam! Loved hearing your feedback on the bike zipline… this lady right here with vertigo doesn’t know if she’ll do it, but hey, I have ziplined, so who knows?! 🤷🏽♀️ That bumpy boat ride reminded me of our boat ride from St. Maarten to St Barth… maaan… I thought we weren’t going to make it, and similarly to your Atitlan experience , the boat ride back was much better… calm, even. Beautiful scenery! Thanks for the reminder to be grateful! Looking forward to seeing what had y’all acting up towards the end there! 👀😂
What was your mode of transport in between where you stayed and San Juan? It so beautiful and am so going there. Please share details of where you stayed etc..
Having lived in Pana for almost 20 years, I want to thank you for pronouncing towns etc. correctly...so many don't take the effort and it's very unattractive.
I hate to be the negative nancy in the comments, but, we just got back from Lake Atitlan and is in no way the most beautiful lake in the world. I've been to over 20 countries and this does not make even top 5. We stayed in Panajachel, and the locals advised to not swim in the lake due to bacteria in the lake. All the small towns surrounding the lake are infested with flys and the food is subpar.

I hope you guys visit Semuc Champey in Guatemala 🇬🇹 and hit up livingstone right next to playa Blanca 🏖
Hello beautiful couple. Miss seeing y'all. Loving these new adventures. I have never seen bike ziplining. That was awesome. Keep enjoying life.❤
Una pareja encantadora welcome to Guatemala 🇬🇹.
Very nice! My sister lived in Costa Rica for a while and always enjoyed visiting Guatemala. She always said the people were so nice.

I was laughing when y’all made the black panther reference and I was repeating in unison. 😂😂😂 Def subscribed after that.
