go to a gym bro in the morning if you gonna wake up that early in the winter , it really isn’t worth what you have to endure in bad weather for little results🤷🏿♂️ it’s not excuses if you train in the snow -30 weather it’s being smart and safe🤷🏿♂️(speaking from experience)
You should take some time to relax too in the evening like reading a book or a small nap. Or you might get burned out doing this for few months. No offence the video is fire 🎉🎉
Just start easy and slowly go harder between 2-4 weeks. Than you’ll get used to it and continue and go on for 2 months and keep going higher with rests and recovery sessions where you can look on UA-cam. 4 times a week and 30-45 minutes a day is a good start and than slowly go up to 6 times a week and 1 hr a day so you can get disciplined.
@jakobfootball10 it's the overall routine that's stopping me I hv dinner at 9...I go to the gym at 6.....I think I will have to change my timings and reset my circadian rhythm
No you don’t have to if you have friends and a field to train at I suggest that instead of club you should play for your school but it is better if you join an academy
