just putting mine together and I want to thank you for this video. when i roll the bar up and down there is a thump thump almost like a flat tire on a car. Is this normal? makes me think there is a flat spot on one of the wheels or a bad bearing
Hey! Nice video. My laser header tilts a little to the front when I calibrate it with the dark rectangle, like the front side of it (where the glass is) is lower than the back. It fixes when I manually push it up, but as soon as I leave it, it tilts again, and I can't keep it in place while it's working. Do you have any idea about the solution of this issue? Thank you!
Sounds like the roller wheels on the head mount that ride in the aluminum track are not adjusted right, a bit to sloppy. The center wheel normally has a concentric adjustment design. Rotate the standoff shaft that connects the wheel to the head mount until things get a bit less sloppy. Not to tight as you do not want to bind things up.
Well the laser has a control line, so either that control line is not hooked up or the control board for the laser is defective. I suppose there could be a problem with the laser control program. Did it ever work? If so then rule out the control program and look to replacing the laser control board and check for connector wiring problems between the laser head and the control board.
Looks like a cool machine Can’t wait to see what you crank out with that puppy! 😎
It is supposed to be able to cut thick wood and plastic so maybe some new remake of old robot kits.
@@Robothut maybe some items for the museum !
Thank you for going into the belt set up. I've a problem of my laser making ovals, asking fb groups they are "just fix the belt" with no more info
Hope you get yours working right.
congrats with your new machien .
Thank you . More videos coming on using it.
Kudos to your camera operator! 😁
I just could not do this one alone. So the wife stepped in to help.

There should be no ruff spots or thump. So I would check for some small Debree on the wheels or the metal track the wheels ride on.
@@Robothut yeah its weird. I dont see or feel anything but I will keep investigating. Thank you.
@@timothysmith6211 with the wheels off the track see how they feel, you might have 1 bad bearing.

@@Robothut Thanks man! Very kind of you
Oh it’s a laser engraver .. thanks John .
I know that Amazon will not do assembly I asked about a 3 d printer . Though a computer repair store could .
Very simple assembly could have done it in 15 minuets if not talking and videoing.
@@Robothut enjoy it 😁
This is an awesome walk-through, my wife and I found it very useful! Thank you for making this. :)
So glad it helped. Thank you for commenting.

Has anyone else had an issue with the fire button in lightburn using the Atomstack?
This video help me assemble my A10 pro. The instructions provided are horrible! Thank you!
So glad it helped. Have fun with the engraver.
You lost me when you didn’t specify what size of screws you are using at the beginning.
