  • It is said to be a willow leaf, and the word "Yanagi" is generally a sword that comes to mind when it comes to mind when you think of it. A form that is long and thin and specialized for the use of sashimi. This is because the pointy side is useful in one way or another.
    I usually use 440c stainless steel because it has a strength of 59.2hrc and a tensile strength of 2,268 Mpa.
    The Tumor Scar Burl Flower Pear Wood handles and brass gave me a sense of style and stability.
    Length: 400 mm (120 mm handle, 280 mm blade)
    Weight: 290g
    Storage knife: 100g
    Raw Thickness: 4mm
    Width: 40mm

    May I ask, how to heat treatment HSS steel?

    • @artisticson2275
      @artisticson2275  2 роки тому +1

      This knife is 440C stainless steel.
      HSS heat treatment is maintained at 900-1000 degrees for 20 minutes, followed by oil cooling at 200-300 degrees for 1 hour.
