Today we're going to be taking a look at the updated version of the Stop Motion Helper addon. Additional features will be added later, so please remember, there's written tutorials both on the workshop page and within the mod itself through a help button in the settings menu of the addon.

FINALLY! The load and save feature works now! My gmod always crashes when I'm in the middle of animations and I've never been able to save them! This is awesome!!!

Thanks for your tutorials and being so great to your fans! I obtained Gmod awhile back for Machinima- but I rarely use it as it was just frustrating for me to get the hang of it. I do stop-motions with regular Lego products rather than machinima- and the two seem like a big difference. But I am definitely going to go give Gmod another shot and see if I can master Stop Motion Helper similar to how I have mastered my traditional Stop-Motion software. Thank you for all of your help and keep continuing on making great content! I am happy that your Patreon supports and your UA-cam revenue has given you this opportunity to make this your full time job.
Goddamit. Have you bought a Mac? I see bind_mac command in console and LaCie external drive which is Thunderbolt drive, who else would need it if not Mac users?
He could be where he has his gaming rig and a Mac to do video editing on and using the external drive to move information around between the Mac and PC.

This is exacltly what I needed! Using the Physgun to move characters off screen is getting pretty annoying so I don't use it much but this will really help!

Thank you soooooo much. I have seen other tutorials but this is by far the most useful.
Using Fraps video recording in conjunction with smh_playback is much more effective because, in the more past Gmod videos that have stop motion helper being used, there are some elements within Gmod that might make your shots look off. Smoke, water, and other effects like them, tends to accelerate and freeze, which can be a bit problematic. The strategy that I propose is effective in countering this issue.

Another great thing to add is to let people know that the stand poser is not a part of the original gmod features it is a workshop subscription or download.

This is better then the classes I was going to take at ITT.
I think it'd be nice if they had visual indicator for the skeleton of the rag doll so you can get an idea of what one you've selected. I've messed with 3D software enough to know that THAT sort of feature is good for animations when you're working with a certain bone set.
