Mercedes m104 throttle actuator bad coil

Hello,when clutch is not working,broken,bad like in 1st example , throttle will make buzzing/working noise?
I heve good fixed wires but unit is dead not working like yours.

Hi, Victor, I'm a mechanic and live in Brazil. I have the same probem, bad coil. I have another unit witch I can use the coil but I don't know how to remove it.I can't figure out how take off the black potenciometer...Did you say something about grinding the shaft? Could you tell me how to do that? Thanks for your attention. Mark.

testing the coil installed is decieving and u know it

Thomas Rose I know but this is best way to test coil on Non-ASR unit. Its very difficult to remove and reinstall coils in these particular units. Grinding and welding and alignment will be needed. Its labor intensive

не работает эллектромагнитная муфта на дросселе клиета и на примере своей рабочей показывает ту что работает. Без нее не будет холостого хода двигателя
