Just beginning veganism; I can't tolerate gluten and cannot digest legumes. Can you do a paleo vegan meal. I am struggling with what to eat for each meal and get my needed protein. I am also trying to lose weight.
I have trouble with gluten and legumes too. I'd recommend eating more fat, especially through avocado, chia and hemp seeds. Lots and lots of vegetables, then tofu and tempeh to supplement protein. I easily hit 150g protein a day eating this way (unneccessary but I'm looking to build muscle). Also I can't digest legumes, but I can digest bio-fermented protein powder such as vivolife and rawsport without any issues.
Just soak or sprout the legumes and maybe that will help. Soak for 8-24 hrs and also wash several times, while cooking. But it all depends if you even like eating legumes or are just doing it for the protein.
Isn't fighting like low vibrational stuff and we're supposed to be spreading love and peace. Isn't that the point of veganism abiding by the law of one?
