Yum! I recently started using the caste iron pan method of cooking Oyster mushrooms, seasoned with only salt, pepper, and rosemary. I end up having to cook more because the initial batch often does not make it to the intended meal because I end up "taste testing" it all! Soooo good! I will be trying this recipe!
This looks amazing. Im not quite at a point of being vegan but I do want to take baby steps starting with cutting out red meat. Cheesesteaks are one of my favorite foods I had to keep myself from getting one for lunch today and you hit us with this masterpiece!! I just might try this!!

I don't sleep on macadamia nuts. I can't afford them. I was stationed in Hawaii for 4 years. They were awesome and cheap because they grow there. But in the US they cost more than a brick.

Nothing like a good mushroom sub. I use regular ol' Portobello. And you can't forget the red hot relish 😋
