Agree with increasing punching speed will bring up the intensity. I gotta work my way up though. I might throw in some weight training in my workouts. I don’t think I can do dumbbells with this game, a pair of weighted gloves would work. But then again I am so out of shape. I can’t even last more than 20 minutes and maintain the same intensity like I had in the beginning. lol I have a long way to go to get to that level for sure. Thanks for your comments!!

You can increase the intensity of your workout by increasing your punching speed or using dumbbells. Workout in groups for added motivation.

At day 32 I think I was about 12 lb less from the beginning
