My gf and I love this song. It reminds me of my life prior to meeting her. Back on November 18, 2018, my best friend from high school passed away tragically at the age of 20. And then in the summer of 2019, I went through a tough breakup after my gf at the time told me that her dad no longer wanted me to be a part of their family due to her mom and grandma being sent to hospice and she had to care for them. I was devastated from the loss of my best friend and this breakup put me at one of the lowest points in my life. I started college that year and classes were going great for me but I still had that empty pit in my heart. Then I met that beautiful girl at Starbucks on November 18, 2019(one year exactly to the day my best friend from high school passed away) after she accidentally dropped her iced coffee. We got into talking at that moment while they remade her coffee and I asked for her number just before she left 😊. We dated for about 6 months after meeting at Starbucks before asking her officially if she wanted to be my girlfriend. That was three and a half years ago and our relationship has been strong since then. This song has a special place in my heart for when all hope seemed to be lost, there was that light at the end of the tunnel I was searching for. My gf changed my life forever for the better and has made me a happier person😊. That’s my story
