The word around the NFL the Cowboys organization is a joke. The ex defensive coordinator Dan Quinn was just in the NFC Championship game along with ex fellow Cowboys QB and ex Offensive Coordinator Kellen Moore is on his way to the Super Bowl. You can’t tell me those two men don’t have a long list of stories on why they will never coach in Dallas ever again until Jerry is gone. And you know what I mean by gone. I mean gone, GONE.

After Jerry ,it's Stephen , Then Jerry ,Jr . We never getting rid of Jerry Jones . I won't pick another team ,but I won't give a Jones another $ or watch another game . I'll watch redzone and play fantasy football . I'll never be emotionality invested in the Cowboys winning again .

First off, I like Dan Quinn as a defensive coordinator. But, he was the head coach of the falcons during that collapse to the Patriots. Also, didn't you see Washington get completely destroyed by the eagles. As far as Kellen moore, he would consistently call stupid plays at stupid times that would cost the Cowboys. He does it with the eagles, but they get away with it because they're a better team. But, even last week they were trying to throw the football deep in their territory on 4th down with they had a lead. Kellen Moore will call a bone-headed play that will cost the eagles the Superbowl.

@ clearly an angry negative person. You didn’t read anything I wrote or you can’t read and comprehend. Stop trying to be a fake Stephen A Smith. Sports talk should never be negative. I have no idea what your reply was about. It had nothing to do with what I wrote.

Nobody else wanted the job. Absolutely embarrassing.

Shottenhiemer wants to call plays and my guess McCarthy didn't want to give up play calling so they went different ways

That's also why Kellen Moore was let go. He wanted to keep calling the plays, McCarthy wanted to call the plays instead. Now, Kellen Moore did call a lot of stupid plays at really bad times it cost the Cowboys. But he was the scapegoat for Mike mccarthy, who also called really bad plays at really bad times.

Jack up his career, a 4 year contract as the coach of the Cowboys, will probably set this dude up for life....

The Jones family needs to use the 25th amendment to remove Jerry as President/CEO/GM and now head coach. Jerry hired Brian as HC because the real coach is now Jerry.

In what world does an offensive coordinator whose offense is ranked 17th in the NFL, 27th in rushing, didn’t call plays, gets promoted to Head Coach? This is the perfect example of what a DEI hire would look like. Clearly not qualified for the job.

Question?! Who in the hell were the Cowboys Realistically going to get? They could’ve brought Tom Landry back from the dead and he wouldn’t have coach this team.

Here what's going to happen in order.
1- The team will be rejuvenated with new leadership and be moderately sucessful.
2- Jerry will then extend him to a 5 year deal
3- Dallas will then fall back into disaray and mediocrity.
4- Jerry will eventually have to fire hime after several 7-8 win seasons.
5- Jerry will then hire annother family friend in Jason Whiten.
6- Repeat steps 1-5 over and over.

Precisely what has happened during this 30 year period of Jerry Jones making decisions based on his personal need to be the Alpha in the room.

Yeah Jerry Jones spoke to "several" coaches just like he reached out to Derrick Henry!! Jerry is probably condensing conversations with multiple coaches from previous years about the job! At this point it's not worth listening to him!

Cowboys right now is the worst run franchise in the NFL. Browns you've moved up a notch.
