    I don’t think any carbonara calls for cream or milk ? It’s usually egg yolks mixed with cheese and pasta water to make it creamy.

    Milk? Cream? Blah..🤦
    It's not necessary for milk or cream. The pasta starch and the cheese with the eggs make it plenty creamy if done right. It's so unique and epically flavored already. No no..

    there are so many wrong things on here. traditional carbonara is made with guanciale pecorino and eggs thats it.
    i wont even say what he did wrong with the cooking cause he did so bad
