truly great from Mr Nigel and the guys, is insightful and shows that the James's came from solid foundations and had immense support and guidance throughout their respective journeys. you can see the pure quality on the field but this interview shows that it is one step then the next and work on your strengths, take your opportunity when it comes
can you do a video about playing for an academy and being at school? with school football and county football cheers would be interesting how to navigate this! as i read gerrard went to a different school to all his mates because of liverpool
Certainly at some games. Probably only rarely at the training unless they get a certain call. But lately, the trend in the sport is to sign players a bit older, since Bayern dropped all academy activities until age 11. Young kids don't know what they want to do.
all these videos never explain how survivorship bias is so evident in these stories. There the ones that survived the system out of a 1000's of variables. There just gonna give the same generic answers like work hard etc
