oh man.. when I started that years ago. the first 4 weeks were hell. couldn't remember anything and I slept about 5 times a day. glad you don't seem to be ramping up as slowly as I was.

Hey God wants me to let you know you must be born again this is a warning he wants me to share with you cause in Hell people have probably far worse anxiety and depression so far increases you can't take it. So please he doesn't want you to go there I hear his voice I've drawn very close to him and he has drawn very close to me where I'm now able to hear his voice and hes told me to read his word and to pray to him and to fast and to give to others hes a very loving God and he just wanted me to share this with you.
